How are you all my dear friends hope you are well and I am also very well Alhamdulillah today I am especially happy because Bangladesh has become independent after a long time from being autonomous and now I can live as I want rather than living under the domination of others. Because of this, I am very happy today Also today I am here to participate in a great food contest so first of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight mam who organized such a beautiful contest I enjoy such contests a lot but without further ado let's start.
MORNING TIME |

Been going through some anarchy in Bangladesh for some time now and that's why my mind is not working very well every day I prepare myself for some new bad news but today is no exception and my food condition is very good. and not in the mood to eat anything so prepared myself this morning to complete breakfast with eggs.
LUNCH TIME |

For lunch today I had dal and rice pumpkin bhaji as dal is very good for the body and eating dal helps in the digestion of food also rice pumpkin is very much needed for the body during the hot season and it is more fun to eat Also all and It fulfills the water requirement of the body and helps a lot in preventing dehydration these foods Very tasty and nutritious so I identified this meal for lunch and had a lot of fun. Also, I kept lemon and cucumber for lunch. Dal and lemon taste great and tastes great which is much preferred by my family
AFTERNOON TIME |

There is no way to leave the house in the afternoon because the whole country has imposed a curfew and after leaving the house we have to go through various questions and answers and come back home again under the pressure of the police so I spent some time on the roof without leaving the house. After finishing namaz I cut pineapple. I had pineapple at home and I like eating ripe pineapple so today I finished my evening snack with pineapple.

At night also today I tried to keep vegetables so I fried potato but in the potato, I added some bitter gourd because I like to eat bitter gourd and the bitterness of bitter gourd is very necessary for the body and can increase the taste of the mouth so I added bitter gourd and I made bhaji with potatoes and I had some jackfruit seeds at home and made a filling with them because when there are enough jackfruit seeds you can eat anything but when it runs out you have to wait for next year's heat season Otherwise jackfruit is not available and if jackfruit is not available it becomes impossible to get beech so as long as jackfruit is alive I eat bharta and I like this bharta recipe very much.

All I want to say is that since the condition of Bangladesh is bad, my mind is not very good and I was not in the mood to cook something very good, so today I am spending the whole day eating some vegetarian food. Hope you all enjoy my recipes. And see you in the next post till then God bless you.

Excelente menú nos presentas este día amiga, desde ese estupendo desayuno lleno de nutrientes con esos huevos, se ve muy delicioso.
Para el almuerzo tuviste una comida muy rica, arroz con calabaza qué como bien tu lo mencionas es un alimento muy completo y con todos los nutrientes necesarios para el funcionamiento óptimo del cuerpo.
Pude ver en las noticias que hay muchos inconvenientes en tu país, pero al parecer ya se están solucionando, te entiendo mucho porque nosotros los venezolanos estamos pasando por algo parecido, no estamos bien en venezuela., estamos orando a Dios para que meta su mano.
