How are you all my dear friends hope everyone is fine and healthy and I am fine alhamdulillah today I am here to participate in a food diary game contest so I first want to thank @jyoti-thelight who presents such a beautiful contest for us every week. Also here I can mention my whole one-day diet and share with my friends an exciting contest I love it but let's start without delay.
MORNING TIME |

I woke up very hungry this morning I don't know why I felt so hunger but after waking up in the morning I drank a glass of water than yesterday my parents came to my house and they brought me my favourite rasa sweets because I love rasa sweets very much I do so they are mine never to miss it when I came home I thought what to eat with ros sweets and with that, I remembered packets of bread. I also took roasted almonds in my food list in the morning as my little boy liked it very much. It was nice to have different items
LUNCH TIME |

Two days ago my husband bought big kai fish from the market. I also like to eat kai fish because I like kai fish slightly differently than other fish. I've cooked it with gourd and it's been great. Still, I always try to keep two or three recipes in my diet so I've kept it with her because I kept pui shak because my younger son and all my family love to eat pui shak , now available in the market so we eat Pui Shak frequently and lunch was very nutritious I enjoyed eating lunch.

In the evening I made some also singara to have some fried food as we were all preparing to eat hot food and we all wanted to eat some oil fried food so I thought of having alu singara and made it and my parents brought it to my home. I had jackfruit in my country house and this will probably be the last jackfruit for this year because the season of jackfruit is ending and if you want to eat jackfruit again you have to wait until next year so I kept the jackfruit this evening the jackfruit was very sweet and tasted very good.

During dinner my husband said in front of me that half of the gourd with which I cooked fish in the noon was in my fridge but she gave the gourd and my husband asked me to make polao because I like to eat polao with gourd so without any hassle I made gourd polao. Prepared to make and love to eat gourd polao but today I had chicken with it vuna and chicken roast with it is very good but today I am going to present you the complete Polao recipe from start to finish but let's start without delay.

Make my polao very easily with all these ingredients now let's know its preparation method step by step |

I took polao rice it in a bowl and then I washed the rice well and soaked it for half an hour.

Next step I took this gourd and cut it into small pieces.

Then a clean fry pan one was placed on the stove and there I added chopped onions, green chillies and bay leaves.

then I added enough oil and prepared to fry some onions and green chillies

then in a bowl I took all the powdered masalas and ginger batter

then I grated the onions and spices well

when the masalas were grated I given the gourds.

Then I gave it after the gourd was boiled a little,

I added the soak rice that I kept earlier,

then mixed the lau and polau rice well and cooked it for a while.

Then I added the water. Here the water should be less because a lot of water will come out from the gourd. The amount should be given as measured should be taken to ensure that the polau is not overcooked or soft

then cover it with a lid and wait for 15 minutes during which the flame of the oven must be kept on medium heat.

Today's meals at different times are a bit random but instead of always eating the same type of food, eating different types of food occasionally increases the taste of the food and increases the interest in eating.
