How are you all my dear friends hope all are well and welcome all my friends to my new post today I am here to participate in a dairy food game contest so first of all I would like to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized such a beautiful contest for us and Here today I am going to mention all my daily diet recipes here and hope all my friends will enjoy.

MORNING TIME

I got up in the morning and started my morning first with ginger tea. Having ginger tea in the morning is very beneficial for the body. It is very helpful for our weight loss and it is useful for our health. So I made a wonderful tea with ginger and lemon in the morning and felt great. Then I made roti sabzi and semai this morning I think bread and vegetables are the best food in the morning, it is good for both our stomach and body but my son's fever and cold have ruined the taste in his mouth so he didn't want to eat bread so I poch him two eggs and he eats eggs. He loved it so much that he had finished his breakfast that day.

LUNCHTIME

For lunch I took out some vegetables for cooking from the fridge with all kinds of vegetables I cooked a vegetable that looks very good and then I will cook Rui Fish I thought today I would make Rui Fish Jhal which is very delicious but let's Rui today I am mentioning the fish fry recipe here.

Here are the ingredients that will be required to prepare my recipe

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but let's know the preparation method step by step.

First I cut the rui fish pieces into small pieces washed them well with salt water and took them in a bowl

after which I sprinkled salt turmeric and dry chili powder

and then kneaded them well with my hands and marinated them for 10 minutes.

and then sauteed the fish and masalas well for another 5 minutes with water.

I boiled it and then when the fish was well cooked I added enough water and added a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds on top

This evening I kept various fruits because yesterday I went to the market and from there I brought everything banana guava orange and those are what I allotted for food this evening but my husband came from outside and insisted on eating chotpoti so I took about an hour . Cooked the chat on time and arranged for the evening snack chatapVery tasty cheap we eat very often because chotpoti is a popular dish and it is more fun to eat at home than to eat it Rather than eating out.

DINNER TIME

In the evening we had a lot of fun with the chotpoti and it filled us up belly so we didn't get much attention for dinner but still, we heard from our grandmothers that we don't sleep on an empty stomach at night so we had some bread and a peanut chocolate bar at night. And took my son to eat some semai with him took remained with this little food we completed the dinner.

CONCLUSION

We have to take food to survive in life and we never live for them we always have to take food to survive so we should eat food wisely in moderation and quantity and it will benefit our body and health Goodbye today will be seen in a new post.

Comenzaste tu mañana muy bien amiga con ese te de jengibre que tiene grandes beneficios para nuestro cuerpo y el desayuno con pan y vegetales me parece excelente opción.

El almuerzo no podía ser diferente, así que esos vegetales son muy buenos para un almuerzo lleno de nutrientes.
