★ Personal and Unique reward system

★ Leading by Example

★ Delegation of Duties, Roles and Responsibilities: Strategically delegate task to members of your staff and tactfully deploy them as line managers to help you administer the School. This division of labour is very important as it is practically impossible for you to be everywhere or do everything alone.
