Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?

I think this question is especially for people from other countries. We are Pakistanis ourselves and living in Pakistan, we know every food. We have tried every single thing. Even if it is not available at our local place, we have tried it somewhere else.

There are many foods available in our area, including chicken karahi, mutton karahi, beef karahi, and in addition, chicken korma and chicken biryani, beef biryani. There are many such foods that are available in our local area where we can easily go and enjoy them. There are many hotels where we can get everything very easily. Apart from this, chicken tikka, shami kebab, and other dishes are also available.

Ingredients

In today's recipe, I will describe chicken karahi, but I will make a few changes to it. I don't add anything else to chicken karhai, but I will add Kachnar as a vegetable so that I can increase my test even more.

First of all, let's talk about our ingredients, using which we have to prepare this recipe of ours.

Ingredients
Half kg Chicken
Half kg Kachnar
Half cup cooking oil
Half cup water
2 to 3 Count onion
5 to 6 Count green chili
1 Tablespoon garlic paste
1 Tablespoon ginger paste
Green leaf garlic
1 Tablespoon red chili powder
1 Tablespoon turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon dry coriander powder
1 Tablespoon mixed spices
Freshly chopped coriander
Ginger julienne

Procedure

Step01:

The first step is to take a pan, place it on the stove, and add oil to it. After adding oil, add a little cumin seeds to it. After adding cumin seeds, heat the oil. As soon as the oil gets slightly hot, then add the chicken to it. Now fry this chicken well in this oil so that it cooks well.

Step02:

In our next step, we have to add ginger and garlic paste to it, stir it well, l and then add onion. Along with this, we have to add green garlic for the best taste and then mix them well. Now we have to add the green chili paste and stir it well.

Step03:

According to the ingredients given above, we have added salt, turmeric, and red chili powder to it, which will be a powder.

Step04:

The next step is that after cooking it properly, now we have to add tomatoes to it. After adding tomatoes, we have to add four spoons of yogurt to it. After adding these things, we have to mix them properly and steam them for 10 to 15 minutes so that the meat is cooked properly.

Step05:

After steaming for 10 to 15 minutes, we will open it again. After opening it, we will add the Kachnar vegetables and mix them well.

Step06:

To make this chicken kachanar taste better, we will add one spoon of dry coriander powder and one spoon of mixed spices and mix it well. To make it more spicy, we will also add chili powder.

Step07:

This is our final step in preparing it. In this step, we have to add about half a cup of water to it and after mixing it well, we have to steam it for 10 to 15 minutes so that all these things get mixed well and cooked well.

Step08:

After steaming for 10-15 minutes, when we open it, our chicken kachanar will be completely ready. Now we have to add coriander and ginger on top for garnishing. You can also add green chilies. You can garnish it according to your choice.

You can see, Alhamdulillah, our chicken kachanar is completely ready and it is very delicious. I hope you guys will also try it and enjoy it.

Living in Pakistan, we have a strong connection with chicken kadahi everywhere, so chicken kadahi is available in every local area of Pakistan. Chicken karahi is also easily available in the area I am from. Apart from this, we have tried it many times at home and whenever a guest comes, he is welcomed with this food.

There are different ways to make chicken karhai. Some people add vegetables to it, some people make it simple, some people add potatoes. Everyone has their own style. Similarly, in this recipe, I have also made chicken karahi but I have added a favorite vegetable Kachnar to it so that its taste can be doubled.

Which flavor or spice do you like in Pakistan's cuisine?

Many spices are used in Pakistani cuisine. Each spice is used according to each region. The strongest spice is the hot spice, which is a mixture of many things. It is used in almost every food so that a good taste can be added to the food. This is one of my favorite spices so that we can make our food more delicious. Apart from this, dried coriander, which creates a good flavor, I like it very much in food. Apart from this, if we talk about cardamom, also creates a good flavor in our food. All these spices are my favorites.

As I mentioned about hot spices and dried coriander, these are the spices that I have used in today's recipe, so this is my favorite so that we can make our food as good as possible.
