Today we are discussing ice cream and winters. Talk of ice cream, the thought makes me wanna scream. I love ice cream so much. I love ice cream a lot and I know a lot of people love ice cream too. Ice cream have different flavors that makes me want to have it again and again but my favorite flavor is the vanilla flavor.
Ooooohhhhhhh I love vanilla flavored ice cream and the ones with a touch of coconut shreds. It sends a different trigger all together. I love ice cream so much that I can take ice creams any time, in summer, winter, autumn, spring etc name it. For me there’s no season with ice cream. The Christmas period happen to fall into winter and what’s Christmas without plenty ice cream. So I take my ice cream anytime and am good to go. I know a lot of people don’t do ice cream in winter but I do and I enjoy it all along. |

Ice creams are packed with nutrients and hence they are nutritious for me. Ice cream contains calcium which are good for building healthy bones and also help in boosting our immune system and help to improve the metabolism of our body.
Ice cream also a source of good nutrients like vitamin A and vitamin D. It’s mostly made from milk hence it’s a good source of protein and ofcourse we know that protein is good for growth of body tissues and repairs of body cell and aids general body growth.
Ice cream also contain nutrients like riboflavin, potassium, niacin, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus. These nutrients are good for our sight and helps for our nervous system function better. So ice cream is nutritious for me and I love to eat it.
During winter ice cream may make some people sick but it doesn’t have such effects on me. Over time I’ve gotten use to eating ice cream even in winters and I’ve not had an health challenge with it. But for some persons who have low tolerance to cold, they could be susceptible to falling sick if they indulge in eating ice cream during cold seasons. |

In conclusion Ice creams are nutritious and eating it could be a good way to relax after a good days job or having good time with your loved ones but if you will get cold eating it during winter then you shouldn’t.
