It is very necessary for every person to stay fit and healthy. Staying fit means exercising on daily basis and staying healthy mean eating healthy food and eating it in a required quantity. Allotting yourself minimum 20 minutes in a day to complete your exercise will be a great option, in today's busy life people are not aware of their health and they eat what they have or whatever they finds a good option rather caring about their health.

Let's Start
It is winter season so the temperature is very low these days. I am wearing black sports jacket and fit stretchable black trousers.
I am doing these exercises in my hostel room so don't mind the mess around, it's natural, everyone's hostel room is like this. Moreover, we are living 4 people in this room so it get's messy everyday.
However, the first exercise I did was neck stretching. Keep in mind when you are exercising these stretching make sure you have eaten food 40 minutes ago. Neck stretching is good for your neck, it takes away your neck pain. Most of the neck pains occurs during sleep, when you sleep wrongly or the pillow you use is more thicker or thinner. The difference in size, when are sleeping on your side; you will feel the pain when get up from your sleep. The neck stretching will release the tension which is created due to wrong pressure on your neck.
In the video you will see other techniques of the neck stretching which I added from my side because they were beneficial for the neck.

- Hold your arm in the mid from back, move your body in one side and keeping your legs on the same position.
- A wonderful and necessary exercise, shoulder stretch is a wonderful exercise. I always practice the shoulder after doing shoulder workout in the gym. It relaxes your shoulders. Blood pressure is increased in your arms, you will feel the stretching of the shoulder when keeping in the position.
- Shoulder form pressure in the both arms and also covers the back stretching in it. It pulls your upper back forward and creates a small popping sound.
"Shoulder exercise confronts your chest forward, locates the minor dislocations and it also helps in the neck regions because they are connected".
- Chest stretching, chest is the important part of human life. It is connected to everyone's arms, neck, shoulder and back, also with abs.
- Chest stretching is also a good stretching because it is connected to your other body areas which I mentioned. This stretching increases the blood pressure around the all body because it is the largest frontal muscle in our body.
- With this you will feel your shoulder, neck and back stretch. This stretch also contributes to the spinal cord.
- A lot of popping sounds are produced in the back region with chest stretch.
"Chest stretch increase blood circulation, body gets a little warmer and arms, shoulder and neck blood circulation is increased".
- Stand straight, don't bent your legs, lower your hands and try to touch your feet but keep your legs straight, it's ok if you can't reach your feet.
- You will love this stretch position, a wonderful one. It confronts your upper back to your back thighs area. The back thighs also feel the pressure of this position. Back stretching is a wonderful exercise, it helps you to avoid disc bulge problem.
- Your spinal ribs are pulled, touching your feet is difficult in starting and also with greater weight.
- This is the posture when your body releases heat in higher amount. Your back feels the releasing of pain.
- A lot of pain is released because in our body, most of the strain is build-up in our spinal cord when we are exercising.
"Back pain is released, your spinal shape is adjusted, your back build-up right position and all the body pain is releases".
- Sit as I am sitting or stand still, hold your hands on sideways while sitting or on your chest while standing(as in the video), turn on one of your side. Continuous repetition or staying in the posture for 10 seconds will be 2 better options.
- It have the similar response as upper back does. The difference is that the sideways of the body is stretched. The ribs are relaxed on the sides.
- Lower tissues of the body feels a good posture.
"Lower back produces a stable pressure of blood in the legs, lower back also helps your hips stretching by releasing the tension from there and increase spinal mobility".
- Legs are important areas of the body. I have a gym experience, I have seen that most of the people dislike the shoulder and thighs exercise.
- Legs are very important for us, the daily walking and running is done with it. Due to a lot of work, you need to relax your feet.
- You have stabilize your body on one foot and then pull your one feet in this position.
- Pain from the thighs, on releasing gives you a satisfying moment, just wow.
- I love that someone press my thighs to release the pain but when you are alone this exercise is best to relax your legs.
Q: Stretching is beneficial or counterproductive.
Very very beneficial for the body, It helps in growth of the tissues. It help in increasing height for kids, it relaxes the specific areas by releasing pop up sounds or cracking sounds. Mobilize your body, increase your body posture and stabilize your blood pressure. It keeps you away from bone injuries. Moreover, it releases stress by making your brain healthy and releases the body pain. It is also good for refreshment.
Q: Which one would you choose for a personal exercise routine?
All of these are better for personal health so I will choose all of them. All these exercises are different from each other so they are good for healthy health. I will choose both of the back exercises and I practice them when I am done with my gym exercises. In addition, I also do the cobra stretching for better relaxation and releasing the muscle strain caused due to gym weight lifting.
