This is a very interesting topic chosen by this community. i connect with health and peace. I will share my words on meditation.


What is meditation? How is it useful for our health?

Meditation is an exercise that includes training the thought to gain a state of deep relaxation, heightened awareness, and mental clarity. There are many specific kinds of meditation, most involving focusing on a unique object, such as the breath, and mastering to let go of distracting ideas and feelings.

Meditation can decrease the physiological results of stress on the body, such as extended heart rate and blood pressure. Regular meditation can assist improve sleep quality, which is necessary for the right health.

Meditation can help improve mood and make bigger wonderful emotions, Regular meditation has been linked to extended memory, attention, and universal cognitive function.

Meditation is an effective device for advertising fitness and can be practiced by humans of all while and tiers of bodily ability. It is an easy and available way to help manipulate stress, enhance intellectual and bodily health, and domesticate larger self-awareness and compassion.


What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?

In the start, we need to find a quiet and relaxed area where you could sit quietly and without distractions. this could be a committed meditation room, a corner of your bedroom, or any other quiet area wherein you could sit with ease.

select a relaxed posture this is comfortable and sustainable all through your meditation exercise. you may sit down cross-legged on the floor. when you are first starting out, begin with just a few mins every day and regularly increase the time as you come to be more secure with the exercise.

One of the most common meditation techniques is to attention to the sensation of your breath.

Meditation is a skill that takes time and practice to increase. Be patient with yourself, and do not worry in case your mind wanders or in case you don't sense like you are "doing it right". With time and practice, you'll develop more consciousness, clarity, and calm.


How do you practice every day?

I wake up early in the morning and start my day with NAMAZ and QURAN, namaz is also the best meditation for Muslims.
it is the best feeling that I experience in my whole day. Offering prayer is a way to connect ourselves to Almighty Allah.

Holy Quran with great intention is also a type of meditation. it helps a lot to maintain our mental health and find peace. Listening and reading Surah REHMAN is the best way to calm your anxiety

What kind of good results do you find in your body after meditation?

There are many advantages of meditation. These advantages are also in the sense of mental health. meditation has increased my focus and concentration. Practicing meditation makes my mood calmer, and I can do any difficult task with full concentration and focus. if i
