Welcome back to my post. I'm Ali Hassan and Today I'm going to take part in this contest which is held by Steemit Engagement Challenge S7W6 in Steem for Pakistan. Today the theme of contest is How to Practice Meditation Every Day.

What is meditation? How is it useful for our health?

Meditation:

Meditation is a condition or Practice that is used to relax the mind and feel satisfaction of mind. It has been in practice from many years and a successful technique to relax your mind snd body.

In meditation you have to stay alone and have to focus on a point, thing, object or anything by bringing the satisfaction of mind. You can fo Meditation by walking, laying, sitting.

Benefits:

  • Meditation has direct effect on Health, It improves health.
  • Meditation is helpful to reduce stress and anxiety which is dangerous for health.
  • Our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad SAW also do meditation in cave to connect him with Allah. So, Meditation is also valueable for spiritual growth.
  • Meditation improves the sleeep of person and can help him yo sort out his problems.

What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?

Here are some basic guidelines for meditation for beginners.

  • For Meditation place matters a lot, I will suggest a place where you won't get disturbed from the voices outside. Find a calm place and sit with your own style but your back should be straight and it's better to rest your hands on lap.

  • You should be calm and easy, Even you can count your breathes, If you're a beginner you should practice it too. Notice the Breath coming out and inside your body.

  • Meditation is actually your attention to yourself without thinking about anything, But it's reality that when we Stay alone and keep quite, our mind distracted to different thinkings but whenever it happened a beginner should again focus on his breath.

  • Close eyes for a while and than took long breath and hold it for few seconds and than relax for a little time.

We are facing the pressure of this world. Day by Day out interection with different people is increasing and all the meetings we do with different people are not according to our mindsets and thinking so we feel pressurized and in this situation meditation is best thing which can remove your stress and help you to improve your mental health.

I make plan to do meditation, I am not doing it already but from few days I have started. I get up early in the morning for Namaz. After Fajar Prayer Now I do some meditation for almost 10 minutes and than I go to walk.

Today I do meditation and I feel relaxed, although it is not a very good session of Meditation for me as my little Czn disturb me but it really relax me and Now I aim to do it on daily base.

What kind of good result do you find in your body after meditation?

As I told I'm also a beginner and I don't have any past experience of Meditation. I don't know the real way to do meditation but I'm following some personalities who teach how to meditate. After meditation My feeling was amazing.

I fe relaxed and for a while I forget my all tentions, I feel free like a bird. It is necessary for my mental health because stress damages our brain and Mediation improve it again.

Ismy koi shak nahi meditation hamary liye bht mufeed ha, Or hamary piyary nabi gare hira me meditation kia karty thy. Meditation stress, gandy khiyal wagaira ko khtm karny ka ek bhtreen tareeqa ha. Hamary sath ek achi post share karny ka bht bht shukria. Allah apko kamyani dy.

Practicing meditation always is really good, although you are new to it and have not practiced it, I suggest that you give it a try, because you will find it interesting and also your body system will be good.

I agree that a place for meditation should be suitable and it is important. To have peace of mind we need to practice meditation and a place free from noise and any kind of pollution can be suitable for meditation. Well described, thanks!
