SEC-S14 /W5|"Job or Business what's your Preference?"

Introduction
For centuries we have been having this debate of choosing between a job and a business. Everyone at some point in their life come to this crossroads which will shape their career and financial destiny. Now each options has its own cons and pros, unique challenges and rewards. One most consider his preferences and ability to handle any of the two.
For myself I think I'd go for both. Working for a government establishment and owning a business on the side.

How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business?

Whether you are earning through a job or a business, effective budget management is crucial. As an employee with a steady income, budgeting means allocating funds for different eventualities such as savings, miscellaneous expenses, emergency fund and moneu for future investment. For businesses, it is paramount to manage cash flow and planning to spend meticulously. Budgeting also helps one to account for business expenses and to set aside money reserves gor dry periods. In all both needs financial discipline. Both paths demand financial discipline.

Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business?

I believe both are very important, in a job situation we all know education is the basic requirements. But having a skill will give you an edge over others because the labour market is already saturated. Whereas in a business skill is very important and basic but having an educational helps you deal with problems systematically and giges your business that touch of professionalism.

Do you want to become a Boss or A Successful Businessman ?

I want to become a businesswoman in the future and also have a job. I want to work as a civil servant while I employ people to run my business for me. This way I will have multiple streams of income. Yeah I know the challenges that comes with it. In my job I would aim to rise to a managerial position while in my business I'll love to grow it to great heights where I best every conpetitor.

Success Stories

Well I am not currently employed neither am I into any business yet. But there is this business I do in school which helps me witg extra cash. Every Sunday my sister @vudeme123 would go to the supermarket and buy me a pack of lollipop. I will take it to school and sell it to my classmates and make profit. At first I started with a sibgle pack but it gradually rose to three packs which also means more interest. Unfortunately I have just graduated from the school but when I enter the university I will explore more business models that will bring in profit.

I will be concluding thus, the decision to venture into a business or a career is one that needs to be taken after meticulous research and evaluation has been done. And be reminded that the path to success is diverse, you have to craft your own narrative of triumph.
