Olives are a very rich nutrient food and are particularly high in Vitamin E and vitamin K. Vitamin E is a very powerful antioxidant that helps to our immune system and protect cells from damages and Vitamin K is very Essential for blood clotting and our bone health. So, olive is the best source of these two vitamins and it is rich in nutrients.
Oranges are rich in which vitamins?
Oranges are an excellent source of Vitamin that is essential for our immune function of our body and it is also very essential for collagen production and iron absorption in our body. Oranges are the good source of Folate the Vitamin B9 that is crucial for the growth of cell and it is important for DNA synthesis, and preventing the birth defects.
Berries 🍒 are rich in which vitamins?
Berries are the packed with the high nutrients and are particularly rich in Vitamin C and it is also very essential for our body immune function, and production of collage and iron absorption in our body. Berries are also a good source of B9 Vitamin that is crucial for the cell growth and DNA synthesis and preventing birth defects. Berries are also high in antioxidants, fibers and other essential nutrients.
