Hello everyone, I hope you will be fine . Today was our training day in Government primary school . At sharp 10 am I reached to center where I met all the teachers . At first we prepare the chart for today presentation. We were 22 teachers in total ony 16 were present at this day. Every teachers among us wrote their Chart for presentation. I wrote my chart , the topic was " The need for curriculum" . The sub topics are:

• Human capital development
• Social reconstruction
• Cultural reproduction
• Cultural diversity
• Self actualization.

• My first day at training was fantastic, I present my presentation very well I covered most of the topic "Need curriculum in school" . As I already mentioned the sub topic which is human capital developments , which means a student should well prepared for any challenges he faced in future . First of all he gets enough knowledge, learn skills and participate in the growth of the country.

• Second topic was social reconstruction. Social reconstruction is very important in the growth of the society. Which should be transfer from generation to generation.

Food was served

At the end of the training, when all teachers present their presention . Food was served for all , in which rice and chicken was served. Food was very tasty. All eat it happily. I hope you guys like this topic. I will post more about this training in near future.
