Indeed it's a pleasant day with its blessings, how are you doing, how is everyone, family, friends, and loved ones. I'm happy to share with you friends my little knowledge about the topic “Share your general" which would be very interestingly to share one opinion and also learn from other users. Before I proceed I will love to appreciate Steem For Pakistan for allowing my post to count in this community, so without any further ado let's get started.

Healthiest oil for cooking?

In choosing of healthiest oil for cooking, I think there are several options that offer beneficial fat which can withstand high cooking temperatures. Rich fat and antioxidants are great for heart health which we can get from extra virgin olive oil which can equally contribute healthy to our mental and physical state. Another great oil that is also healthier is safflower oil, this oil enrich our body because it has high unsaturated fat and very suitable for cooking.

Unlike our normal oils which we frequently use for cooking are saturated fat which includes palm oil, groundnut oil and coconut oil. these oils offers nutritional benefits which contains vitamins A and E and also support our immune health positively in our daily lives. Sincerely, these oils also enrich our skins due to its moisturizing properties.

Most sweetest fruit?

Sincerely, People cherish eating manago as the most sweetiest fruits and truly manago is the most sweetest fruit. It's recognized by Guinness's book of world records a the sweetest fruit in the world. Though some people may not like manage as the most sweetest because we human knows what is good for us. What may you like, might not be what I like. but to crown it all once it comes to most sweetest fruit mango🥭 is the best.

Fruit rich of potassium?

Potassium containing fruit helps to maintain the balance of fluids in our body and this fruits are orange, honeydew, guava, avocado grapefruit and many more. This friuts are high in potassium and they are important mineral that play a vital role in the body. They helps to support the heart health which also help in lowering of blood pressure and reduction of risk of heat diseases.
