I'm so delighted in my entries of this contest, how are you friends, I hope all steemians are all doing fine and also wishing you all well in this new year in all endeavors of life and equally to this platform. Before I enter today contest I will like to appreciate Steem for Pakistan for organizing this wonderful topic titled Food Diary Game. so stay tuned and enjoy my article.
I would be Sharing with you friends my three different meal I ate before publishing this post which are as follow;
Breakfast: I ate beans.
Lunch: I ate jollof oil rice and beans.
Dinner: I ate friut salad.
You may add details. How can you prepare it? Why do you like this food? How much does that food cost in STEEM? Who is the main cook in your family? etc
I measured out two cups of beans, After removing the coat of the beans I wash it and added two cups of water on it and place it on fire. After 5minute I bring it down and filter it and put fresh water in the pot like two cups, And pour the Beans back to the pot I covered it and leave it for sometimes.

I opened it and discover that water has started reducing in the pot of beans I decided to add extra one cup of water and cover it back after sometimes I opened it and noticed that is at the doning point I started applying my ingredients which are onion, pepper, Maggie, salt and cryfish after applying all the ingredients I close it.
After 2 minutes I opened it and applied plam oil and close it back in order for the ingredients and the food boil together and after 2minute I bring it down and serve it in a plate and ate.
I bought the items used in the preparation which are as followed and estimited with their cost in Steem.
Two cups of beans in my country nigeria is 150 - per cup, which is #300 naria and it's equivalent to 2.01 steem.
One cup of plam oil is 150 which is equivalent to 1.51 Steem.
Salt, pepper, onion, Maggie and crafish cost #350 which is equivalent to 2:50 steem.
The total cost of the preparation of my beans is 800 naira which is equivalent to 5.50 Steem.
I like beans because it serve as source of protein nutrients and fiber which helps to protect and fight against heart disease and high blood pressure.
I measured out two cups of rice and one cup of beans after removing the coat of the beans I wash the beans and put it inside the pot and place it on fire. After 6minute I applied rice on it and both the rice and beans boiled for like 5minute.
I decided to bring it down and filter it and after filtering I put fresh water of two cups and put back both the rice and beans and it boiled for sometime I opened it and add my ingredients which are paper, salt,Maggie, cryfish and dryfish on it, after adding all the ingredients I close it for sometimes and I opened again add and plam oil.
I allow the food to boiled in order for the Ingredients to boil together with the food for 5 minutes before bringing it out.
I bought the items used in the preparation which are as followed and estimited with their cost in Steem.
Two cups of rice is 400 naira which is equivalent to 2.76 Steem.
One of rice is 150naira which is equivalent to 1.51 Steem
One cup of plam oil is 150 which is equivalent to 1.51 Steem.
Salt, paper, onion, Maggie and crafish cost #350 which is equivalent to 2:51 steem
The total cost of the preparation of my jollof oil rice is #1050 naira which is equivalent to 7.01 Steem.
I like oil jollof rice and beans because it contains fat and oil and protein to the body and it's very easy to make.The popularity of the food in place had made me like the food so much.
These are the fruits used in the preparation of my fruit salad which are as follows:
Bananas
Coconut
Carrots
Watermelon
Grandnuts
Pineapple
Apple
and Cucumber
These various kinds of fruit were slided one after the other in a plate and milk was added after the preparation of the friuts salad as shown below on the images;
All the fruit is been cut according to their prices which are
Bananas #60 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
Coconut #60 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
Carrots #70 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
Watermelon #60 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
Grandnuts #50 which is equivalent to 0.47steem.
Pineapple #70 which is equivalent to 0.47steem.
Apple #60 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
and Cucumber#70 which is equivalent to 0.40steem.
Total is #500 naira which is equivalent to 3.51 Steem.
I this food salad because it's a dish with different kinds of fruit and it's very decilius also it's important to the body its helps to nourish enough nutrients and eating fruit give us vitamin in the body especially vitamin c.
The main cook in my family is my senior sister who makes decilius food of all kinds provided that all the ingredients and food stuff are made available she knows the quality of ingredients she would use while cooking and My family likes and adore her decilius meals because she is the best among my sisters.
She cook to my entries family without testing the food whenever she is doing fasting and the food will be decilius because she knows the procedures and quality of ingredients that will be used while cooking the food.
Breakfast: After eating my beans I felt relieved in my body and decided to rest for 10minute in order to be at normal stage of degestion that which is one of the strategy I learnt from my parents after eating take some minutes to rest.
Lunch: In the noon time I was very hungry and decided to prepare oil jollof rice and beans as fast as possible and after eating I felt so relieved in my body and also rest for 10minutes
Dinner: I felt so relieved in my body after eating my food salad and it was very decilius and lovable and equally rest after sometimes as well.
There are plenty nutrients beans contain and it can never be overemphasize. These are the ones I could remember.
Bean is a protein nutrients for these reasons they are unique among plants food.
It contains some vital vitamin which are vitamins k,E,B1 and B6.
It also contains some normal amount of zinc, selenium,copper and manganese.
My oil jollof rice and beans is a mixed food which contains different kinds of Nutrition.
which are;
Oil jollof rice and beans contain vitamin E, k, c and fat and oil.
It contains carbohydrates which gives energy.
It also contains enough manganese,selenium and copper.
Friuts is very essential to the body which contains the following nutrients I could remember.
Friut contain vitamin C including fiber and potassium.
It contains cholesterol
It also contains folate.
I would like to recommend all my decilius meals to other and to steamian because these different kinds food are part of eating balance diet especially friut which is very essential to the body system which give us more nutrients in our body.
What about Oil jollof rice and beans which gives us Carbohydrates that gives energy to do work and also contains fat and oil that is needed in our body.
Talk more of beans that play Vites role in the body which contains pretein as a source of medicine to the body.And it does alot of work in cell required to functions, structure to keep the body's regulations and tissue organs.

My food diary game was very interestingly and I really enjoy my meals and slated why I love and cherish them and these meals are very essential and impactful to keep our body in proper regulations and without them individuals can't complete his healthy balance diet.
