I came to know about meditation when I experienced my first heartbreak in love. The pain and stress of that situation left me feeling lost and overwhelmed.
It was during this time that I stumbled upon meditation and found it to be a powerful tool for reducing my anxiety and helping me to regain my inner peace. Through my post, I want to share with you the benefits of meditation, the basic guidelines for beginners, and how to make it a part of your daily routine. I hope that my experience and insights will inspire you to incorporate meditation into your daily life and improve your overall well-being.

What is meditation?
Meditation is a technique that involves training the mind to focus and attain a state of calmness and relaxation. It's a powerful tool that allows you to tap into your inner self and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. Meditation can take many forms, but the basic idea is to focus your attention on a specific object, thought, or activity, and allow your mind to become more still and peaceful. Through regular practice, meditation can help you to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve your concentration and memory, and increase your overall sense of well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, meditation can be a valuable addition to your daily routine.
How is it useful for our health?
When I first began meditating, I was surprised at the many ways in which it improved my health and well-being. Through regular practice, I found that it helped to reduce my stress and anxiety levels, and I felt more relaxed and peaceful throughout the day. I also noticed that my ability to concentrate and focus had improved, and I was able to complete tasks more efficiently. Additionally, I found that meditation helped me to manage my emotions more effectively, and it even helped to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Perhaps most importantly, I found that meditation had a positive impact on my physical health, by helping to lower my blood pressure and boosting my immune system. What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?

When I first started meditating, I didn't know where to begin or what to expect. But after some research and experimentation, I learned some basic guidelines that helped me to establish a regular meditation practice. Firstly, I found a quiet, comfortable space where I could sit and meditate without distractions. I also set a time limit for my meditation, usually starting with just five minutes and gradually increasing the duration as I became more comfortable. During meditation, I focused on my breath, and when thoughts or emotions arose, I simply observed them without judgment and let them pass. It was important for me to practice regularly and be patient with myself as I developed my skills. By following these basic guidelines, I was able to develop a consistent meditation practice and enjoy its many benefits.

When I was new to meditation, I found it helpful to watch guided meditation videos to get started. One such video that I came across was Sandeep Maheshwari's Basic Meditation Session.

Sandeep is a well-known motivational speaker and entrepreneur who has shared his insights on meditation in this video. How do you practise every day?

By making meditation a daily habit and finding a routine that works for me, I've been able to reap the many benefits of this practice and reduce stress and anxiety in my life.
What kind of good result do you find in your body after meditation?

After regular meditation practice, I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. I feel calmer, more centered, and better able to cope with stress and anxiety. I have also noticed a reduction in physical tension, such as tightness in my shoulders and neck. In addition, I find that my mind is clearer and more focused after a meditation session, which helps me to be more productive and creative in my daily life. I have also noticed an improvement in my sleep quality, as well as a greater sense of overall relaxation and well-being. Overall, meditation has been an incredibly beneficial practice for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their physical and mental health.

Regular meditation atleast once every day and in the morning is reakky good, it goes a long way to help prevent any disease that may try to enter the body, it helps to regulate our blood pressure.
