Alhumdullhiah i am also fine and enjoy my daily life today I am here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by Dear @sahar78 this is so amazing contest which is very beneficial for every student let's start our task without any more delay of time.


Fruit, Vegetables and nuts are necessary for balance diet. Its full with the vitamins or some nutrient which is necessary for or boday metabolism and function. I explain the some of these here let's see.

Vitamin C

Boost our immunity and work as antioxidant in our body.

Vitamin A

It's good for vision or skin Health

Vitamin B Comolex

The vitamin b Comolex contain the B1,B2 or B3 which is support our energy Metabolism.

This is also contain the Vitamin B Comolex and which is necessary for body metabolism or function like energy if the cell.
