Hello dear friends...
I bring you special greetings from my own part of the world Nigeria, it's a pleasure to be in this great community and thank you, to the organiser of this great contest @sahar78, God bless your efforts ma'am.

Name 5 Italian dishes...

The following are some of the Italian dishes I know:

Link pizza Al taglio.

  1. Calzone: This is an Italian oven-baked turnover, it's made with leavened dough, it's originated in Naples in the 18th century. It is stuffed with typical pizza toppings such as cheese, meat, vegetables etc.
  2. Panzerotti: This is originated in Appulian cuishe, they are also similar to calzone but they are fried than oven-baked and also known as "calzoni fritti" in Italy.
  3. Pizza aifruti Di mare is an Italian pizza that maybe served with scampi, mussels or squid. It is typically lock cheese, with the seafood being served at top of tomato sauce.
  4. Pizza al taglio: This is a type of pizza baked in large in large rectangular trays and generally sold in rectangular or square slices by weight, it was invented in Rome, Italy and is common throughout Italy and beyond right now.
  5. Caprese pizza: This is also an Italian pizza whose ingredients show one colour of the Italian flag, is composed of green based leaves, white mozzarella and red tomatoes.

The five Iranian dishes I know are:

  1. Jujeh Kabab: It is an Iranian dish that consists of grilled chunks of chicken which are sometimes with bone or without bones, which is very delicious to the people of that part of the world.
  2. Koobideh kebab: Is an Iranian kebab made from ground meant, the softer type is served with Iranian flatbreads like sangak and lavash and the firmer but juicier type is served with rice.
  3. Mirza gha semi: This is made with smoky eggplants that have been charred to perfection with a vibrant tomato sauce and silk eggs. It is greatly eaten by Iranians .
  4. Ghormeh sabzi: This is one of the oldest dishes in an Iranian cuisine, this stew has roots in the culinary traditions of the ancient Persians who believed on the balanced diet rich in herbs and vegetables.
  5. Fesenjan: This is typically an Iranian dish mostly served over rice in the Iranian manner. In Iran, it is made with minced meat e.g lamb, sheep etc, as meat balls, chicken or duck.

The five Pakistani dishes are :

  1. Ninari: This is a stew originating in Lucknow, the capital of the 18th century Awadhi under the mughai empire in the Indian subcontinent. It consists of slow-cooked meat mainly a shank cut of beef, lamb and mutton or goat meats, as well as chicken and bone marrow. It however, helps in development and strengthening of muscles.
  2. Sajji: This is a dish originated from the Balochistan province (Pakistan). It consists of whole lambs or chicken, in Skewers marinated only in salt, sometimes covered with green papaya paste stuffed with rice then roasted over coals. It's yummy 😋.
  3. Haleem: Is a dish popular in central Asia. It is a kind of meat stew and is particularly in the Hyderabad during the month of Ramadan.
  4. Sarsa Da saag: This is a dish of mustard greens Cooked with spices, which originated in the Punjab region, it is a food rich in vitamin A and also rich in fibre.
  5. Chaap: Is a dish made from soybean chunks or perhaps nuggets, these nuggets are processed to resemble meat in terms of texture and are widely used as a meat substitute in various Indian dishes.
