One of the best ingredients to treat the constipation is the organic fibre food. The fiber has an important role in the process of digestion and it adds the bulk to the feces and it will be easier to pas the stool. Vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds are good source of the fibres.

The carrots and Spanish are the best for the constipation. They are high content of the fibers about 5 grams.The Spanish contains magnesium that is helpful to provide relaxation to the muscles of the GIT.

The hydration also plays important role in the good health of gut. It is also helpful to prevent constipation.Healthy fats are good to prevent constipation. Olive oil is the best source for this purpose. The Herbal teas can be added to diet to prevent constipation.

To maintain the good health of the gut is very important for overall health of the human body. And it is crucial to add athe organic ingredients into our diet. The dietary fibers foods are very important for the gut health as these foods are helpful to regulate the bowel movements and feeds the benifical microorganisms in the human gut system. The fruits, nuts and seeds are best source of the fibrous foods. The oats and the lentils are also good source of the fibre rich foods. The fiber rich diet can helpful to prevent the constipation and also helpful to decrease the risk of the problems which can affect the gut health.

Probiotics are those forms of the foods which can provide nourishment to the probiotics in the gut system. These include the garlic, bananas, leeks and onions. These are helpful to promote the growth of the benifical bacterias which can enhance the health of gut and also helpful to improve the capability of the body in the absorption of the nutrients.

The anti-inflammatory properties present in ginger that can improve the digestion. It is benifical to stimulate the saliva, bike and enzymes and they play essential role to break the food. It is also helpful to decrease the bloating and it is best to add as an additional meal as a tea.
