My name is Jiya and today I am going to participate in this contest. Thanks @artist1111 to allow us to participate. As you know these are Ramadan days so we decided to make some Chinese chicken samosas at home. So I want to share the recipe with you.
Firstly I cut the veggies into small pieces
The bell pepper
This is cabbage
These are carrots 🥕. Then I assembled all the veggies in the frypan and begin to fry them at low frame.
After that I boiled the chicken about 10 minutes in the pressure cooker because it was about to iftar and I had to cook it fast so I used the cooker otherwise I always boil it about 25 minutes at medium flame. However it is the easiest way to boiled it . However I chopped the chicken into pieces so that I made the mixture with veggies.I put the chicken in the veggies and mixed it well.
Then I put some sauces in it like like sauya sauce chilli sauce vinger and setup. Then mix it well. The material was ready.
Then I put the samosa sheets and then fill the material in it . The experience was very good. They made yummy. I forgot to take the picture because I was so hungry whenever I heard the Azan and we just ate them in no time 😅.
