Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Online Shopping Review" as part of my participation in this 👉contest organized by @muhammad-ahmad
When it comes to shopping online, it is either you have a good experience or a bad experience, which, most of the time, is not what you order for that you will end up getting, or you will be delayed depending on the location that you are in.
For the first time in my life, I decided to shop for a smartphone online, I got so scared and worried, thinking that my money was gone because it was my first time. It wasn't a nice experience for me, I must say.
Then I heard about Jumia Black Friday shopping 🛒 🛍️ while I was in school. I then decided to give it a try so I could get a nice phone at a cheaper price based on what was displayed (showcase) on the Jumia website. Before shopping, I conducted research about the company so I wouldn't be scammed of my hard-earned money.
After my research, I logged into the Jumia website and created an account so I could get access to other features. While going through the platform, I came across a very nice smartphone and ordered Of then, one could easily make part payment and complete his/her payment after receiving his/her product,t which did.
I made a partial payment for the smartphone after agreeing to the terms and conditions. From the website, I was told the smartphone would be delivered to me in phone working days, and it is going to be black. I wasn't worried as it wasn't five working days yet, but as it got to 5 working days, I started worrying about not receiving what I ordered.
I called the company and complained about my bitterness to them, and they told me to exercise a little patience. This was the point I got afraid and thought I was scammed. The next day, I left my school and went to their headquarters in the state capital and complained, they then said the smartphone had already been waybill to my nearest post office for collection, which I would get the following day.
Hearing that, I then smiled and went back home. The next day, I received a call that my goods from Jumia were available for collection I went to the post office, completed the remaining balance, and collected the smartphone. I ordered a black color, but I was given a white color without even an earpiece and charger that came with the phone.
It was a bad experience for me because of the delay and the color of the smartphone that was given to me, which was not what I ordered.
This is what we call, What you ordered and what you got. It's always sad when you're expecting A and you'll be receiving B, totally different from what you ordered for. Why will they waybill a brand new phone without it carry come charger and earpiece? Well, just use what you've got, so far you got the phone, you can use black porch on it. I've not made an online purchase before, because of all these their problems.

I think they did that to fulfill their promises and it was the early year of business which I didn't blame them at the end of the day.
