One Picture And One Story Week #39

It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @suboohi which talks about One Picture And One Story Week #39. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.

This is a story of 3 children all boys. A woman who has been married for the past 22 years was tagged barren and has been insulted by the whole village as been a witch because she wasn't able to convince. She was not allowed to mingle with anyone in the village because they tag her as bad luck.

She kept weeping and crying and praying to God to vindicate her. Days, months and even years passed by without no answers to her prayers. She never gave up and the husband also was very surportive hence he never gave up on his wife.

As it is in the case of the African tradition, the parents of the man asked him to get another woman who will bear him children so that his linage will continue after his death but the man being so in love with his wife rejected all the advices given to him.

He believed that one day God will bless him and his wife with children. 22 years later, the woman conceives and then she gave birth to triplet at once. The entire community was shocked and those who once called her barren came to congratulate her because she now has children which are higher in number than most of them.

She made the children the envy of other families by always advising them to play together and never to have a fight or querrel with each other. So the image above is the image of these triplets playing and ding things together.

They promised to always put a smile on their faces and the faces of their parents no matter what and they also promised to make them proud. So that was the story of how these above picture came about. The three children are gladly living happily with their children till this moment.

Other family have also wished that their family is as United as the family of these woman the once called barren. The love they saw within the children is something they wish their children also have and that is my story on this week 1 picture 1 story. I hope you enjoyed it.
