Today I am very happy to participate in a new contest in Steem For Pakistan community. The topic of today's contest was related to water so I am excited to participate in the contest on such an important topic and I present my post to you.

What do I mean by the word water?

By the word water I mean life because a true proverb is very common and that is "water is another name for life". So I think that the word water means life. We all know the benefits of water and we also know that no animal on earth can survive without water. Although the name Pani is very short, its needs and benefits are many. So if we talk about water then first of all we have to say that water has another name and that is life. Because we all know that more than 70% of human body is water that is why water is our daily companion and plays a major role in sustaining our life. Both oxygen and water are very important to us and both are literally called life.

What are the benefits of drinking water?

Truth be told the benefits of drinking water are understated as its benefits are immense for the survival of an organism. Still I am mentioning some of the benefits of water below.

• Pure water helps in boosting immunity.
• Pure water helps in digestion of food.
• Drinking pure water removes toxins from the body.
• Drinking pure water cleans the intestines.
• Drinking pure water can reduce excess weight.
• Pure water helps to cleanse the colon.
• It is possible to prevent the problem of migraine by drinking more pure water.

How would I react if the water had color?

We all know that water has no specific shape or color. But in this case, if it had any color, it might look interesting and the other name of water is life.

But in this case I think that water is a wonderful and wonderful creation of the great creator on which all living things on earth depend. So I think that there can be no mistake in the creation of the great creator and in that case he did not determine the color of water so we can go without thinking about it. The creation of the great creator is so amazing that we always believe in the creation and are happy with all the blessings of his creation. So I think that if the water had a different color it might look interesting. But colorless water looks good to me because it takes on the shape and color of the container it is placed in.

What is a short real story of my life related to water?

To tell a short story of my life about water, I would like to tell you about a day in the month of Ramadan. I was fasting that day. Many of you may know that during the month of Ramadan, a fasting person does not drink a single drop of water from before sunrise to sunset. It was a very hot day and I was fasting that day. Since fasting, I have done several things that I am very tired in no time. Naturally, the extreme heat outside and my physical exertion had brought me to the point of exhaustion.

During this tiring time I understood very well the importance of God's wonderful creation of water because then I was very thirsty and I felt that my life would end immediately due to lack of water. But still I completed that day's fast with rest and difficulty out of fear of the great Creator and after finishing the fast I first quenched my thirst by drinking three glasses of water which was a very difficult day for me.
