Heartburn.
Heartburn simply it is also known as the acid reflux, that is a common condition of our body where our stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus.It is may have a different causes where i will discuss in the below.
Causes of Heartburn
There are a lot of causes of heartburn but here i will discuss few that mentioned below,
- Overeating.
- Obesity.
- Spicy Foods.
Overeating its a main cause because consuming large or heavy meals in single time can put pressure on our stomach, that's cause we can feel burning sensation in the chest . And some foods auch as trigger foods like citrus fruits, chocolate, spicy foods, and fatty or fried foods can be a cause of heartburn. Because these foods can relax the lower esophagus or increase stomach acid production. And these can also be a cause of obesity and extra weight can put pressure on our stomach.
Prevention of Heartburn.
As it's causes, it's prevention are also have such as,
Eat Smaller.
- Avoid Spicy and trigger Foods.
- Maintain Body Fitness.
Avoid from our eating and eat similar can be reduce pressure on our lower esophagus and heartburn. Prevent from spicy and trigger foods that's can be trigger heartburn. Maintain your body fitness. Prevent from obesity can be helpful for preventing from heartburn.
