So lets discuss that how can we promote healthy lifestyles to other users on the steemit platform.
Maintenance of health and fit lifestyle is essential for a happy and fullfilling life. This is the reason that why we should encourage steemit users to share their knowledge and experience on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
When It comes to exercise I mostly see that offering my prayer can be a form and also the mean of excercise.On the other hand morning Walk is also another good option.Offerinh prayer is a great way to relieve stress and anxiety it helps me to stay focused whole day.
In prayer its good thing is that we can offer it five times a day and also provides us the inner peace or satisfaction and also we remain attached to the Almighty that is another plus point.Physically and spirtually it provides the satisfaction and relaxation that is why it my favourite form of Excercise.
It helps me stay active, focused, and healthy, both physically and spiritually.
Wellness and healthy lifestyle is important aspect of our lives that lead towards physical fitness nutrition and mental stableness.
One of my favourite quick and healthy breakfast idea is the sandwich with egg and slices. It is very simple to prepare the egg sandwich and it is also very nutritious for the health. To make the sandwich are...
- 2 Slices
- egg
- Chopped Onions
- garindar
- chopped tomatoes
- black Pepper
To make it first of all make the omelette of egg and use the onions, tomatoes, black pepper etc. Just fried and then toast the slices and make a sandwich of them this is very quick and also nutritious breakfast I really like it whenever I am in hurry I quickly made it. Along with the nutritional benefits it is very tasty as well.
There are many ways to manage stress effectively and here I have your few tips that help to reduce the stress as well.
first of all we should have identify the problems that is causing stress to us so that we can plan that how to cope up with it.
Techniques like everything meditation prayers can help us to reduce the stress.
physical activities or exercises are very important to reduce the stress and improve the overall health of an individual.
Another important factor to reduce the stress level is got Enough Sleep.
- sometimes we got stress if you are not full feeling our all tasks so managing time can reduce stress in this case.
It is very important to find out the reason of stress and then work on it.

Offering Salah is the best exercise. It releases stress, tension and depression. You are 100% right with that. I do believe Salah is the solution for these reasons.
It is the Islamic point of view. Scientifically or general speaking morning walk is also important. Morning is very precious time for exercise or Walk. I do daily workout at gym in the morning.
