I'm here to also participate in this food diaries, review and adventures organized by our admin , in the very person of @artist1111, kudos to your Sir for your consistency.
Before I start up with my post, I have to hint you on what type of food review I will be making here. I will be showing you how I prepared fresh fish using okro and melon and other ingredients.
I will be listing down the ingredients I used in preparing the soup and will also put down the step by step pattern I used in cooking it, please kindly stay with me till I finished the writeup, thanks 🙏🏼.
** Ingredients**
Fresh fish
Periwinkle (water)
Okro
Curry leaf
Fresh pepper
Onions
Red oil
Maggie
Melon
Method Of Preparation
Before I started my cooking, I took time to prepared and arranged all the cooking items and set aside before I proceed with the cooking proper.

I first of all prepared the fish, by removing the dirt from it belle, washed it thoroughly clean.then I used hot water to sterilize it a little. I put it in the cooking pot, added, salt, Maggie, pepper, onions, I seasoned it very well and places it on the cooler to steam for 20 -30minutes.
After the fish has steamed well, I put the pot down and placed a frying pan on the cooker, then added a little quantity of red oil and allowed it to get heated for about 3-5minutes.

When the oil has heated to the standard I wanted, I added the sliced onions to fry for about 2minutes.

When the onions has started going brown, I poured in the melon that I have dissolved in water and I began to fry it using the cooking spoon to be turning it left and right.

After frying the melon for about 5-7minutes, I added little water before pouring in the sliced okro into the pot and stirred it well

I allowed it to cook for about 10minutes, then I poured in the washer periwinkle I to the pot and stirred well.

There after, I added other ingredients into the pot, like pepper, Maggie and salt for taste.

After I finished putting all the ingredients, I then pour the soup from the frying-pan into the pot of fish.amd places it back on the cooker. I shake the pot side by side inorder for the soup to mixed well with the steamed fish.

Then I put the sliced curry leaves as the last ingredient, I shake the pot well for the leaves to settled in well and I allowed it to steam for 3minutes.

After 3minutes my soup was fully done and ready to be eaten.

Conclusion
I love fresh fish, as we may know, fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet, it's very important in nutrients. Eating fish lower your risk of having heart attack and strokes.
Eating fish boost brain health and it's also a good dietary sources of vitamin D.
