Today I am going to share with you Homemade Desi Style Spicy Macaroni and later I will talk about its taste in some detail along with some tips and tricks that we should keep in mind because food is something that depends on its taste. We should not compromise. Sometimes the food becomes good cooked by me and sometimes bad but not so bad that it cannot be eaten. Every time I cook, there is a different taste. I don't know why this happens to me. Or maybe it happens to you guys too but despite my best efforts I have no control over the taste of my food. Maybe it goes against my mood or it's feel a lot of fun to go against my mood. When I cook with all my heart, something goes wrong to me and when I'm not in the mood to cook, the food becomes delicious. Now, who can tell who is at fault in this ?
Now I will share the recipe of spicy macaroni with tadka in desi style and surely you must have understood how much heart I made this macaroni.
First I marinated the chicken. Generously add all the spices that you have available in the chicken. Tried the company Shan also but compared to this the national company's spices taste good. Now add salt, pepper, cumin, dried coriander, one spoon of ginger garlic paste, one spoon of chicken curry spice, two spoons of red chili powder and half a teaspoon of vinegar and keep it in the fridge for half an hour or an hour. So that the spices settle well in the chicken.
After that, I boiled the entire packet of macaroni. Cut long slices of potatoes and fried it and kept aside. Cabbage, carrots, peas and capsicum, chopped all the vegetables. Now we will prepare Macaroni from Full Nutrition.
First I lightly browned the onions, then lightly fried the tomatoes and the marinated chicken along with the onions. Also put peas and carrots.
Then add cabbage and cook it a little, then add macaroni and add salt and black pepper. Add chili sauce and soya sauce, and then the fries i kept it separately added it at the same time, and left it on the tail for five minutes and the delicious macaroni is ready.
Isn't it a fun recipe, will you try it. Of course not, because only Pakistanis can eat so many chillies. Zinda dill log 😂 Because eating chillies also requires a lot of courage Which is full of us.
Now let's go to the review and that too I will give it myself because this masterpiece was mine which I didn't like at all because I made it with heart and I didn't like this food at all. Last time when I made macaroni it was very delicious but this time I don't get it the same taste. I think it lack green chili, because I love green chili so much. If any of you want to try this recipe, my suggestion is not to add so much desi tadka to it that this Chinese dish does not seem Chinese to us. You can give it a desi touch with a light touch and there is nothing wrong with this. I'm sure if you all try to make macaroni, macaroni will become good one day.
