Hello fellow steemian, friends and folk,

• sweet potato tops
• umami seasoning
• glass of water
• vinegar
• ginger
• onion
• salt

Demonstration on how to prepared, my quick steps:

Step 1: Wash the sweet potato tops and leaves thoroughly.

Step 2: Cut the sweet potato tops and leaves.

Step 3: Put the sweet potato tops and leaves in a pot and fired, boiled it in two minutes.

Step 4: Remove immediately so that it will not be overcooked.

Step 5: Put it on a bowl.

Step 6: Prepare the sliced ginger and onion.

Step 7: Add all the ingredients, the sliced onion, sliced ginger, salt and seasoning.

Step 8: Add a little amount of vinegar.

Step 9: Mix it thoroughly inorder to penetrate all the ingredients.

Step 10: Then done and ready to serve.
