I hope you are all well. Today I am participating in the "The Hidden Hand of Steemit: Share Your Perspective" contest organized by @ahsansharif. This contest idea is really great. I am grateful to @ahsansharif for bringing us such a great contest.

What do you think about Steemcurator01?

A few years ago, when I joined this platform, I saw that some people's posts had received big upvotes through a certain account. So I thought in those days that it would be great if I could get such votes too. But at that time I didn't know who SC01 was. I didn't know why only some people were getting votes from him. But I searched about it. Who is he or she who gives such big votes to other people's posts..? So later I found out that SC01 is the head of the steemit team. He or she provides support for quality content and gives advice and praise for users' content when necessary.

That's what I knew at the time. But I now have a good understanding of who SC01 is. Steemcurator01 is not a single person. This is the main official account of the steemit team and from time to time several people from the steemit team control this SC01 account in a rotating manner. That is, I now know that SC01 is not always the same person, but curator01 changes from time to time. SC01 can be a woman or a man. Anyway, this is an account controlled only by a member of the steemit team. He or she votes for quality content every day.

Curator01 not only votes for quality content but also for good comments. I have also observed that he or she pays close attention to the posts posted by every user on the steemit platform. Because in some communities, I have seen that curator01 sees things that admins and moderators do not see when reviewing posts.

How have they influenced your experience on this platform?

I know very well that not only me but all the users on this platform are very keen to get a vote from SC01. Everyone is always waiting for curator01 to vote for their article today or tomorrow. I have also been eagerly waiting to get a vote from curator01 and a comment from him. I have seen SC01 give a high vote and leave a comment on articles that show special moments in the lives of some users.

So I would also like to get such an opportunity from him. But I get a vote from curator01 very rarely. Maybe it is once every two or three months. I look carefully at the articles that SC01 votes. I really wonder what are the shortcomings in my articles, whether my articles are of good quality or not, why curator01 is not giving me votes..?

I remember as well as today, the day curator01 gave me first vote. And the first comment he gave me. I have also received congratulations and advice from SC01. I consider even a single comment from him an honor.

If you had a chance to meet them, which place would you choose and why?

If I get a chance to meet curator01 and the members of the steemit team, I will invite them to visit Sri Lanka. Because Sri Lanka is a country that is at the top of the list of countries to visit. There are many beautiful places in our country. Among them, foreigners like to visit the coastal areas. So if I get a chance, I will take them to the Heritance Hotel in Ahungalla, a beautiful place in the Galle district. This is a hotel that has a peaceful nature with a coastal environment. Therefore, I choose this place.

If you were to ask one question, what would it be?

I actually have one question to ask. Maybe curator01 will get angry with me if he sees this and sees the question I have asked. But I would like to ask what I have to ask directly. Because I think it is better to say it than to keep it in mind. I have seen that SC01 votes are given to the same users. Mostly they are users from the same country. A new user rarely gets a vote from SC01. That is the question I have to ask. Also, in the past, there were users who got high votes from curator01 and then even removed their steem from this platform.

If this steemit platform is a family, its mother is steemcurator01. We are the children of this family. So, shouldn't a mother treat all her children equally without discrimination..? No matter how many children she has, shouldn't all her children receive her love equally..?

I'm really sorry if I asked the wrong question.

Finally I would like to invite my some of friends @jyoti-thelight, @sduttaskitchen and @isha.ish to participate this contest.

Steemit’s first-mover advantage, user-friendly interface, and stable rewards (via SBD) make it more accessible and reliable than Hive, which struggles with fragmented onboarding and token volatility. Despite Hive’s decentralization claims, Steemit’s established ecosystem, liquidity, and leadership (backed by TRON) drive stronger growth and mainstream appeal. I choose Steemit for proven infrastructure and a thriving community.

Actually, I completely agree with your statement. Compared to Hive, the steemit platform is a very user-friendly platform. Thanks for reading my post. 💕

My only regret with the platform is not investing more when STEEM was at its all-time low.
