Dear Dairy

My eyes were opened since 5:30am,, but then I didn't leave the bed because I was still feeling so weak and tired. So I carried my phone and started watching some inspirational videos on my gallery,, I did that while still lying on the bed.

Around 6:40am, I opened the Bible App on My phone and studied the Bible for some minutes then I went ahead to say my morning prayers. After which I went to the kitchen to boil bathing water. When I returned, my sister called me for family morning devotion.

Immediately after the family morning devotion, I swept and mopped the house. When I was done sweeping and mopping, I washed the small dirty plates that was in the kitchen. After that,, I made breakfast for the family.

I bath and dressed up for Sunday service immediately I was done with my morning chores. My sister, her husband and children were all set for church as well. We left home few minutes pass 8:00am, and because there was not traffic on the road today, we were able to arrive at the church before service commenced.

The service commenced at exactly 9:00am and ended around 11:00am. The service today was so amazing, every section was superb but then the songs ministration section made it superb wow😍. Immediately after the normal church service, the cultural day program started, that was around few minutes pass 11:00am.

The Reverend Incharge declared the program open and then the MC kicked start the program probably,, every culture danced and showcase their cultural dance, and all the cultures presented their cultural food as well. After the dance and cultural food presentation by every culture,, the cultural foods were unveiled.

After the unveiling of the cultural foods, it was shared for each and every member of the church who was present. What I asked the usher to bring for me was my cultural food. I ate the cultural food immediately the brought it. I was seriously craving for my cultural food, so it took me less than 4minutes to finish my own share🙈.

At about 2:40pm,,, the cultural day came to an end, and the entire church shared the Grace in fellowship as instructed by the Reverend Incharge. After the closing prayers, we went out and snapped a lot of pictures before we left the church premises. Before we should arrive home from church today, it was already 3:00pm.

I was so tired and exhausted when we got home,, but I had no option than to enter the kitchen as soon as we got home to prepare Sunday food for the family. I cooked white rice and beans, then I brought out the stew I prepared yesterday from fridge and warmed it. In less than an hour and thirty minutes, food was ready and I dished it out for everyone to eat including myself.

When we were done eating, I packed the dirty plates to the kitchen and washed them immediately. After that, I started fetching water in a borehole that is outside my compound. I then plait my niece as soon as I was done fetching the water.

Around 6:30pm,, my very good friend who happens to be my neighbor, called and asked if I was busy,, and I said no. So he suggested that we go out since we all were less busy and it is a beautiful Sunday evening. So I quickly took my bath, got dressed and we went out. He bought coconut yogurt and rusted fish for me.

I drank the yogurt there but then I brought the fish home to eat with my sister and her children. We left Tiger Bar around 8:00pm and arrived home few minutes pass 8:00pm. The choppings papa and mama (my niece and nephew) did not even allowed me to enter the room before they opened the leather I was carrying the fish in, they opened it and we all ate. When we were done eating the fish, I washed my niece and nephew hands and I washed mine as well.
