There are so may benefits that we can get by fasting and the science has also proven that our health has benefits when we are fasting and there different people in the world who like fasting to avoid different diseases because this is recommended by health specialists to which they follow so there are so many health benefits that can be get by fasting in ramadan.
We are Muslims and ramadan is the holy month for us and we do fasting during the whole month of Ramadan Mubarak and there are some pious people who also do the fasting in other months but if we talk about the health benefits then it is very much effective way to control the obesity and many other stomach problems. the fasting also has proven itself very much effective in the treatment of the cancer and many other diseases.
What are some misconcepts regarding the fasting in Ramadan?
There are many misconcepts that are related to the fasting in ramadan and most of these misconcepts are by the non-muslim people of the world because they said that our body balance is defected by fasting as we do not eat or drink anything during the whole day so there is a possibility that we lose many of our energy cells and thus our health can be defected badly.
Another misconception that is related to the fasting in the month of ramadan is that the people think that our fast is only the name of not eating the whole day. but this is a misconception and there is no relationship of such thing with the fasting. Fast does not mean that we have to stay hungry and thirsty during the whole day but it is meant by doing the good deeds and stop our selves from all the bad deeds and evil things. This is the real meanings of fasting.
Sahar and Iftar are the most important part of the month of ramadan because these two times are the best times when we are blessed by the Almighty Allah and we eat different things but i always try my best to keep moderation whole Sehar and Iftar. different dishes are like by me during the sahar and the most favorite is the boiled rice because it help me to maintain my body energy thoroughout the whole day.
Similarly there are different things that are liked by me in the Iftar and we should always prefer the healthy food at the iftar time because they can help us to maintain the health and if i talk about my favourite dish in iftar it is the spicy food like samosa, pakora and also the healthy food like chana chat and fruits etc. these things can help us to maintain our health in the Iftar time.

avoid the overeating during the sehar and iftar times because it can damage our stomach badly.
never miss the morning walk even during the fasting even i prefer the morning walk more during the ramadan month
Always try to chose the healthy food because we need energy throughout the day and it can be obtained from healthy food.
ensure the prayers five times the day because it is also a type of exercise and help us to maintain the mental health as well.
Recite the Holy Quran constantly throughout the whole month to gather the blessings of God
