Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my belog,How are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today here I am again participating This amazing sLC -23/w4 through Exploring the global cuisine .I had learn many more International cuisine and I am very happy to participate this amazing and Interesting competition.again thanks for mam @suboohi .she was arranging such a beautiful contest.I hope you like my Recipe and give me a valuable feed back Today I made delicious and yummy chicken karhi.

Have to tried any Pakistanis food .which Pakistani s food is available at your local place?

It's a part of our cuisine .I am Pakistani .Actually Pakistan is our mother land.all the Things are available in our country.ingridents from spices.so Easy to make cooked without any problem.some of the most popular dishes in our cuisine are chana chat ,shami kabab, mutton kuna,shahi tukra,mughali handi ,Badami khreer.zarda.
Biryani,Nihari,Kabab,Pulo,Haleem,all the dishes are available in any restaurant of our local areas.pakistani food famous all over the world.so I have no problem buying ,purchasing and making.

delicious chicken karhi Recipe

Oil.1/2 cup
Yougrt.1/2 cup
Tomatoes5 big size
Green chilli4/5
Cumin seeds1 table spoon
Black paper2 table spoon
Red chilli.1 table spoon
Salt.1 table spoon
Coriender leavesfine chopped 2 table spoon
Ginger,garlic paste2 table spoon
Ginger Juliane1 table spoon
Green chilli2 for juline cutting (for decoration)
Chilli flacks1 table spoon

procedure

Wash the chicken properly and keep it in stainer untill the excess water of chicken removed .Heat the oil in pen.add cuminseeds,green chilli ,chicken frying/5 minutes untill the colour of chicken changed.

Add the chicken ginger garlic paste and add all the spices red chilli,chilli flacks ,salt,black paper.Fry the chicken to release the aroma and flavor.

On the other hand wash and paste the tamatoes in blender.add in chicken .frying medium high flame.When all the tomato water in the chicken dries up and oil begins to form around the pan, add curd to it.

After that chop green chilli and ginger and sprinkle them over the chicken and cover the chicken for three to four minutes.Chicken tomato dissolves in curd water itself, no need to add extra water to it, if you like, you can add a little water to it.

The children are eagerly waiting for the chicken karahi to be quickly cooked and eaten.I try to give my children clean home cooked food.Food is really good when it is made from the heart.Thanks for mam suboohi.You gave us a very delicious easy recipe.

Is your local cuisine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?

Our local cuisine has many dishes resembles from chicken karhi like Qorma,chicken ,achar gosht, curry,marinated chicken. Because in all these dishes gravy is made from tomato and onion.All these dishes are fried, dried and served.

which flavour and spice do you like Pakistan cuisine?

I like spicy flavour like black paper,green cardamom and every spices has unique flavour.its the diversity of dishes.because spices helps to define the flavour of dishes .the Red chilli and chilli flacks are very vibrant and unique texture and aroma it's used in B.B qué,biryani .Pakistani cuisine a lot of versions of spices.badyan Kay Kay pool strong licorice flavour used on biryani and masala chay.its our part of culture.All our traditional dishes are made with these spices.And through this the taste and appearance of the food is tested.
