Weight gain is a common issue nowadays due to our sedentary lifestyle and people wants to lose their weight but they try different things in their dieting without the recommendation of a proper nutritionist and in this way sometimes they don't achieve the proper target of weight loss and don't loss weight properly so I want to discuss something about dieting that people do for weight loss.

What is the meaning of good dieting

There are many of the people I have seen which don't know the meaning of good dieting and they think that dieting means to skip their mails completely which is the very wrong concept unfortunately so let me tell you what is the meaning of good dieting.


Dieting means to improve your guide as well as your complete lifestyle by aging essential and important meals in your diet which provides you energy and even they provide you fat then no worries but it should be good fat because it is also your body requirement as many part of cell membrane which is the surrounding of a body unit which we call cell is made up of lipids and fats.

Would it be a good dieting if you eating just fruits for the whole day?

Not at all and even I have seen many people who are doing this thing now a days and day think that there are a lot of vitamins and minerals that they can gain from different fruits so there is no need to take anything else if they are having fruits for the whole day so it's totally wrong concept.


Fruits provide many essential vitamin minerals to your body its true but carbohydrates are also the requirement of body and proteins are also the requirement of body because carbohydrates and proteins are the major constituents of everything in your body as carbohydrates are important for digestion and proteins are important for providing you energy and makes you full or for the longer time so don't reply upon fruit and don't consider it as a good diet.

What should be a good dieting plan for weight loss?

You should have proper meals in your day but in bouts and first of all you should avoid all those items which are sweet in taste and sugar items especially as well as you should ban all the salty items for you as well as bakery items should also be banned in your life if you really want to see a good weight loss in you.

Cereals are very healthy in your breakfast and also keeps you full for longer time and if you get bored of this routine then you can also have two eggs along with Yolk but if someone is a blood pressure patient then he should not eat two yolks but he can eat one yolk of an egg.

At one time in your day you can add a piece of meat and you can switch between other things which are highly proteinaceous. In other part of a mail you can have fruits or salads anything which you like and for more details and for more information according to your overall body health you should consult to a nutritionist.
