Milky Milky Time!!!

I have decided to participate in my contest this week, I love this particular contest alot and I really want to participate. A moderator can participate in his,/her own contest as long as they don't make themselves winners. We all love milk because it's numerous nutrients.

What do you understand by the word Milk?

Milk is whitish in color and ofcourse is not only milk that's whitish in color so make my own understanding about milk, clear to my readers I will simply say that it is know as a whitish liquid that's produced by the mammary gland of only female mammals to feed their offsprings. Milk is now taken by everyone as it is gotten from cows and it will be processed to either liquid or powdered milk.

What are the benefits of drinking milk?

There are so many benefits of taking milk because milk is something all humans need to survive in life, you can see that we all took breast milk when we were all infants and it really helped us to grow accurately and healthy. Milk has alot of vitamins and minerals which fight the infections in the body, it really strengthens our immune system.

Milk also provides energy to the body. The body gets energy through milk as well. Milk is something I love soe much, it's taste is really super cool and it attracts me to lick the powdered ones alot like a little child 🤣. Milk is known to reduce the intake of calories in the body which assists in reducing weight.

How often do you take milk?

I take milk 5 times a week, when I was younger I used to take milk everyday through my tea but now I don't make tea everyday but 5 days in the week. I also buy Nutri milk and hollandia yoghurt sometimes because they help keep my brain active. My exams are very close and I do read with milk most times these days. I even bought Nutri milk today and I drank it on a glass cup with friends today and they were excited that moment because they were happy to see the new me.

Tell us the steemian you will want to be your partner in a cowbell milk spelling bee competition and why.

Definitely I will want my spelling bee partner to @katherine012, because I see her as a very smart and brilliant teenage girl, she's always giving out her best in her posts in steemit which makes her grow faster in steemit and I will love her to be my partner in a cowbell milk spelling bee competition and I believe we will win the competition, I can't wait for that moment😁.
