How has your day been? I wish to present a very wonderful entry of mine for this contest with the new topic Africa so many always want to visit a country in Africa because they bo the value of Africans wereas Africans lives a backward life. I just hope I emerge as one of the winners of this contest this week.

What does Africa mean to you?

Africa is known as a very big continent which contains lots of people who are blacks. Africa comprises of so many countries. Africa is supposed to be the richest continent in the world but the rate of countries in Africa that are undeveloped is too much.

Africa is a continent that contains 54 countries and South Sudan is known as the newest country in Africa. Africa is known tomake 70% of the world's cocoa beans which is very encouraging and productive. It contains the world largest desert as well.

Why is Nigeria regarded as the Giant of Africa?

Nigeria on her own part has contributed alot in Africa and is known as the biggest country in Africa when it comes to grading with value. Nigeria has so many natural resources that God provided for her. Am a Nigerian and I love my country even though is not the best.

Nigeria is not the richest country in the world upon it has the most natural resources that can make it the richest. So many people are suffering here in Nigeria and people like my family and others close in neighborhood are working hard to survive. Nigeria should just try to be the best and I believe it will be the best soon.

Are you an African and are you proud of your continent?

Am an African and I have experienced alot of things happening in Africa. Africa is known to have people with so much dignity and peace, Africans hardly fight war that's one reason am forever proud of being an African.

So many Africans doesn't play with their culture as culture is the pride of Africans. I have always imagined how it feels to be an Asian or South American but am still proud of being an African.

Ghana : This is a very small African country that is more developed than Nigeria my country. Everyday people in Nigeria always compare Ghana with my country because how we treated Ghana in the past when we were better than them and now Ghana is better than us in terms of electricity, good roads and government system.
