A race is a competition or contest between two or more people in which everyone wants to become a winner. It can be in the area of running, a car race, a horse race, etc. There are different types of race and how it is done.
In a race whether you like it or not there must be a winner, and everyone that is participating in a race must know that. But then everyone is competing to win for either price or a reason known to him.

Running, running is my kind of sport race, as I am a fastest runner so I like to participate in a relay, but I am not a long-distance runner, that is why I chose relay to suit my pattern of running for it requires people that can run very fast in a very short distance.
The relay race needs people who are very fast in running because that is what it takes to win but in a long-distance race, it needs more endurance and fastness to win the race.

If I should rate myself in the relay race based on my last performances, I think, I should be able to get 90 out of 100. I represented my school in an inter-school competition three times where we came out first on two occasions and became runners-up one time.
I also did well when representing my house in an inter-house competition at my school, I was a member of the White House, but my relay team was not good enough for the relay, so it affected my performance. But I try my best.
