Once again I am here to participate in the contest organized by sir @artist1111. I am grateful to him for choosing a good topic for us. I will try to write the best regarding this competition.

The most crucial element to having a happy life is having good, healthy habits. The sort of life we lead will depend on the consistent actions we do each day. As a result, we must establish healthy routines as soon as feasible. Any form of activity that enhances your physical, mental, or emotional well-being might be considered one of your good habits. You can't adopt all these habits at once because by doing so you will quickly suffer from boredom. So make all these things a part of your life one by one. When one of your habits matures, move on to something else. Soon you can live a healthy life by adopting all these habits Here I will share some of the best habits that can lead to a healthy life.

1- Follow the Religion


Allah has made Islam the best religion for all of us. By which we can live a better life. Make yourself accustomed to the Qur'an and salah. By praying, we are not only fulfilling our obligation, but prayer is an excellent spiritual, mental, and physical exercise that brings us countless benefits. Read the Qur'an with understanding so that we can shape our lives in the best way. Religion teaches us how to live our lives better and guides us in dealing with people and affairs. Remember, distance from religion will cause us many problems. When you live your life according to the orders of religion, you will see for yourself how much mentally and physically positive change has come in your life. Keep yourself as close to Allah as possible. I think the best way to relieve stress is worship. I share my worries with Allah and recite Quranic verses and soon after doing this Allah not only gives me peace but also removes me from these worries.

2- Exercise & Walk


Exercise is very important to lead a healthy life. Nowadays there are easy exercises for new beginners on youtube. Start with 10 minutes and gradually increase your time. Exercise is not only important for your physical growth but also effective for your mental peace. If there is a gym near your home, then join it, you will not only maintain a healthy body with many people, but you will also get motivation from other people. Also prefer walking. Walking is an essential component of our health. By walking you can also control your weight and avoid various physical and mental diseases. If the market is a 20 to 25-minute walk from your house, go there on foot. Use the stairs instead of the elevator in any mall. The more we move our bodies, the more active we are. My favorite exercise is cycling which I have been doing at the gym apart from cardio work out which I have been doing at home.

3- Drink Water


You should increase the habit of drinking water in your daily life. At least 8 glasses of water should be drunk a day. This will not only make our skin better but also protect our bodies from dehydration. Eliminate soft drinks from your life. Through soft drinks, we enter a large part of artificial sugar into our bodies, which is very harmful to our health. Instead of soft drinks, you can make different detox waters that taste better than plain water. Add lemon, cucumber, and mint to any fruit of your choice and make detox water and keep it. Detox water is very useful for ridding our bodies of toxins. Detox water helps improve our body's energy levels and also helps in weight loss.

4- Healthy Food


You can easily lead a healthy life by eating a balanced diet. Consuming a balanced diet for a healthy life should have information about how the food we are eating is beneficial for our health. Meat should be consumed properly for a healthy life. If red meat is a great source of iron, on the other hand, excessive consumption of red meat can increase uric acid and blood pressure, so instead of consuming red meat, consume more vegetables and fruits. Excessive use of salt, pepper, and ghee in food will make us prone to various diseases. Eat pulses too because pulses also contain high protein which is very important for our body. Nowadays, most people don't drink milk when milk is rich in calcium, which is very important for our bones. If you don't like drinking milk, eat curd instead. We should try to eat everything in a balanced way so that it benefits our bodies. Eat market foods as little as possible. Bad oil and excessive chili spices are used in market food, besides most of the outside food lacks cleanliness. Eat clean homemade food to keep your health good. The quickest healthy breakfast that I make at home is instant porridge. I cook it by adding milk and then add dry fruits to it. Apart from this, blend the dates in milk and add honey to it and drink it. It is also a healthy drink for breakfast

5- Get Enough Sleep


Along with good food and drink routine, we also have to sleep well. Adopt the habit of getting enough sleep and living a healthy life. Sleep for at least 6 and a maximum of 8 hours to recharge your body. During sleep, there is a significant increase in the production of hormones that help our body burn extra calories. Due to incomplete sleep, the level of appetite hormones increases, due to which we feel hungry from time to time and to end this hunger, we increase our weight with different types of food and junk foods. By getting enough sleep, we can reduce the chances of diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and hypertension to some extent. Lack of sleep makes us mentally and physically tired. Daily tasks cannot be performed as well. Oversleeping can make you sick in the days to come.

6- Positive Thinking


Negative thoughts paralyze a person mentally. Such a person is always worried about everything. A person with negative thoughts will be mentally and physically ill. We get many diseases as a result of mental stress. Keep yourself calm so that you can stay away from mental and physical ailments. Apart from this, relationships with people also deteriorate due to negative thoughts. Negative thinking will never let you trust anyone. You will see thousands of flaws in everything. Positive thinking creates a positive mind. Positive thinking habits can help you live a healthy life.

7- Read Books


In the present era, this hobby has almost disappeared. Successful educated people read a large number of books. Books can help improve your mental health. Books will expand your thinking. You will forget all your problems while reading the book. Apart from this, you can learn a lot from this book, whichever field you study the absolute book. Adopt the habit of studying for half an hour at night to benefit from this best habit. Give a small part of the time you spend on mobile viewing to a book and you will get the best results.

Meet good people around you, this is also very important for your healthy life and keep trying little by little for your healthy life. No one's life can be changed at once. Try to gradually bring your habits towards a healthy lifestyle. One day you will definitely achieve your goal, Insha'Allah.
