I have known since my childhood that clean water is another name for life. Steem for Pakistan community has organized an important contest about water. First of all I would like to thank my friend @saintkalvin17 for organizing this important contest about water. I will participate in this contest with great enthusiasm. So let's get started.
What do you understand by the word water?
Although the word water is small, it is closely related to our life. Water is generally a natural element. Also, water cycle occurs in different mediums on earth. In this earthly world, people cannot live without water. Whatever you want to do, food, bathing, cleanliness, etc., water is definitely needed. But water is available in two ways. Like pure water and polluted water. Pure water benefits us and polluted water harms us in various ways. Water is inextricably linked with our lifestyle.
Moreover, we get water in different ways. Such as through rain, tube wells or mills, ponds, canals, canals and seas etc. But not all water is suitable for our food and use. We generally use water by understanding its source. Because fresh river water is drinkable and brackish water is not. We use water for various purposes from farming to drinking our water.
What are the benefits of drinking water?
Water is a natural element and the benefits of water are immense. Firstly we drink water in two ways. We drink plain water and we drink hot water.
- Drinking water increases the digestion power and digestibility of our food.
- Drinking water increases the immunity of our body.
- Drinking water relieves tiredness and sometimes helps suppress hunger.
- Drinking water increases energy in the body.
- In addition, due to drinking enough water, the skin of the body is good.
- Water absorbs nutrients in the body.
- Hydrated body naturally cools and thereby regulates body temperature.
But as I said earlier drinking clean water is necessary for us. If we use or drink contaminated water, drinking this contaminated water can cause a lot of damage to our body that will push us to death.
So we must drink pure water.

Water has no color or test. Water has no color no matter where it is kept in a bad container. The water in the container in which you keep the water will usually be the same color as the container. Water is a precious gift of God for us.

Normally if the water had any color it would bother me a lot. That is, I would have been very curious if it was used for cooking or drinking. But if the water had any color, the situation of the surrounding water source would look completely different. However, since we have been seeing and using colorless water for ages, if it suddenly becomes colored, it will make us very curious and then we will be excited about whether this water is suitable for our use. However, since water is a natural source, for me I like colorless water.
Tell a short real life story related to water.
A short real life story I am sharing with you. A few days ago, some of our Bangladesh districts experienced severe floods. For example, there are terrible floods in Class and Noakhali. The life of the people there is very difficult and there is a shortage of clean water in that area. People from different parts of the country rush to help the flood affected people. Some rescue teams go there with some food and water. There they gave food and medicine to some of the women in attendance. Because some children and women drink contaminated water and develop waterborne diseases. A woman was given a diarrhea medicine by a member of the rescue team and immediately drank the flood water. The rescue team was shocked to see this and forbade them to drink this contaminated water. However, they were really victims of the situation because there was no clean water. The rescuer heard this and gave them enough food and clean water to use. This was a real situation in our country a few days ago.
After listening to this story, we understand that pure water is good for us while polluted water is harmful to us. Moreover, you will understand that life is another name of pure water only after reading this fact.

Water is a natura element that is very beneficial to both animals and plants. The importance of water cannot be overemphasized as we all know that water is a necessity for us to live.
