If we can find these bads and avoid them, we will be able to use these devices properly. Through this competition we will know the disadvantages of all these devices. My most used digital device is my mobile phone. Mobile is the most popular digital device for everyone in today's world. Every task of everyday life or daily life is related to mobile in some way. So today I am going to talk to you about my most used device mobile.Without delay let's move to the question and answer phase of this competition.
I absolutely love technology and digital life. Because if you think back to 50 years ago when cell phones or telephones were not invented. How much people had to suffer to share information then.
But with the invention of mobile digital technology in today's time, people can easily perform various activities including exchanging information. And all these technologies have made people's lives digital.
The biggest digital technology today is artificial intelligence. By which the work of hundreds of people can be done by an artificial intelligence at the same time. As a result, time is saved. And the companies are becoming profitable very easily due to the quick execution of work and precision.
There are also other medical technologies that are currently diagnosing and treating a variety of difficult diseases. And people are benefiting from the service. Finally I want to say of course I love this digital technology and living a digital life.

My favorite digital device in my daily life is my smartphone. Because here I do all the necessary work with the smartphone. When I wake up in the morning to the sound of the alarm, it is generated from my smart phone. The calculator I use to calculate is from my smartphone. The kite that uses to watch the time is also my smartphone. Smartphones are directly related to them.
I navigate through my smart phone to create blog posts on the Steemit platform. I do photography with my mobile camera. And I do the work of creating various banner graphics designs from my phone. So I prefer smartphone as a digital device in my daily life.
My dependence on digital devices has positive effects as well as some negative effects. But the negative impact is very less compared to the positive impact.
My Positive Effects of Addiction to Digital Devices: As it gets me used to getting up every morning. I used to wake up very late a few days ago. Then I set the alarm on my mobile so that I can wake up early in the morning. So after a day of continuing like this, now I am used to waking up every morning. Some other works like Estimate Platform came into my life through digital technology. Has had a positive impact on my life.
My Negative Effects of Addiction to Digital Devices: Digital device mobile phone has left one negative in my life that is time wastage. When I go on Facebook or YouTube I think I buy five minutes or watch a 10 minute video. But when I started watching the video, I was already past two hours when I saw the end time. What a waste of my time. Video I have tried many times to get this thing under control.
Another major negative impact. I was addicted to mobile. I used to spend most of the night watching movies or serials. All my nights sleep was not good. Later I fell ill. But with time I came out of it and learned to use technology.
Ultimately the use of technology is within us. If one uses it in good deeds, it will definitely have a positive impact in his life. It's nice to know that you are now able to wake up early in the morning in time using your digital device. I agree with you as well at your negative side that it wastes your time. It's obvious sometimes unknowingly our time is wasted because of continuous use of mobile and other digital devices.
