Today's era is full of work, competition and stress. We hardly can manage time to have some time for our self care. Even everyday we don't take breath properly which is important for us. Daily minimum 15 minutes we can practice having breath properly. I know all the ways to be focused and methods of meditations but honestly I'm not practicing this good habit seriously.

For me Meditation is something that heal me inside, bring my mental peace and calmness. Doesn't necessary that whatever we see in internet people doing sitting in a specific pose, close their eyes and try to be focused call meditation. For me my everyday prayers are my meditation that help me stay well both mentally and physically.

What is meditation? How is it useful for our health?

Indeed meditation is a good practice and I consider this as the food of our mind that keeps our mind stress free an bring the peace of mind. This is not end here because meditation has good impact on our both physical and mental health. We can be more attentive to things we want to focus. It increase our concentration and attention which is important in our everyday life.

Meditation helps us stay away from anxiety, stress and palpitation. It helps us to be more confident, mentally strong and fit. According to research it has huge health benefits among them it help me sharpen my power of memory, gives me peaceful sleep which is important for my life cycle. It gives me energy to work, help me holding patience and control anger. I feel myself more kind and generous when I practice meditation for regular life.

What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?

Don't stress yourself that you have to make specific physical pose for meditation. Be free and practice those poses that you feel comfortable. As a Muslim I pray five times a day when I'm physically and mentally fit and fine. Trust me, my five times prayers can be consider as my regular mediation because it heal me mentally, I feel the peace of mind and it keeps me stress free.

So I suggest people from all religion to try connecting with Almighty to practice the best meditation ever. So I suggest beginners start with prayers if possible or follow a meditation guide from internet life we can practice it watching video tutorials on YouTube.

How do you practice every day?

I think I've already answered this above as I told I practice meditation by practicing regular prayers. You may try some other ways that heal you. For me playing with kids also a kind of meditation as it keeps us stress free. I suggest beginners to follow online meditation guides or someone who do it professionally and already have a group. You can take help virtually and physically to practice meditation everyday. The all you need is willing power to do it.

What kind of good result do you find in your body after meditation?

As I told I do prayers everyday as meditation which has good impact on my both mind and body. It keeps my limbs and organs more active. I don't feel stress and can walk a long way, climb stairs smoothly and doesn't get tired when working for long time. I don't sleepy when I work. I feel very strong both physically and mentally.

Meditation is a very good practice and it gives my body a good and attractive shape which is a dream of many people. I don't try any specific mind healing music when do meditation but many of you can try mind healing music when practicing meditation. Not necessary that my meditation tricks and tips will work for you as it work for me. So I highly recommend to consult your nearest meditation guide and group to help you doing it as suitable for you.

Beside prayers I may try more meditation methods for my well being and I suggest others to keep praying which proven as the best meditation for me. Surrender yourself to Allah (GOD) and feel the magic. Life seems so easy, beautiful, flexible and evergreen. So make some time for it. If you can't afford time for it daily, try it at least weekly on your weekend but at least hold this good practice for your well being.

You have explained the meditation very well, i agree with you present era is tough and full of challenges and competition we had to struggle for life.
