In today's blog, I will tell you about the recipe for pakoras, how you can make pakoras at home that are better and healthier than the pakoras in the market. First, take the potatoes in a bowl and wash them well. After taking them, peel them.

STEP: 1

Cut the potato into thin slices with a knife and put it in a bowl. After finely chopping the potatoes, put them in a bowl and wash them well to remove any grease.

After that, take two onions and chop them finely and put them in the pot in which you had previously put the potatoes.

After this, take eight to 10 green chillies and chop them finely with the help of a chopstick or a masher and add them to the rest of the mixture.

Then add half a tablespoon of turmeric.

Strain the besan using a strainer in a bowl and then add the strained besan to the rest of our mixture.

Mix the mixture with the help of a spoon or your hands and add water as required. After that, our mixture for pakoras will be ready.

After our pakora mixture is ready, light a fire in the stove. Then, pour ghee or oil into a pan and place it on the stove. When the oil is hot, add the pakora mixture with the help of a spoon. Remember that there should not be too much fire under the pakoras.

Cook the pakoras on a baking sheet. After two or three minutes, change the side of the pakoras and cook on the other side. When the pakoras turn brown, remove the pakoras with the help of a sieve and put them on a plate. In the same way, slowly cook the remaining pakora mixture.

Your delicious pakoras will be ready. Serve them with ketchup and raita. Eat them yourself and feed your family as well. I hope you liked this vlog of mine.
