Online Shopping Experience
Online shopping is a very popular and convenient shopping medium nowadays. In this busy life, everyone's time is very valuable, besides, we can buy one of our choice from many options in a short time by sitting at home. This saves us both time and effort.
Advantages and disadvantages of online shopping
Every thing has its two sides, good and bad. I have had both good and bad experiences with online shopping in my life. Currently, I myself do more online shopping than offline. I have had many good experiences and some bad experiences as well.
Today I am sharing a bad experience of online shopping with you
This incident happened a few months ago, I am a Bangladeshi online platform named (Sajgoz). Where beauty and health care products are available, besides many other types of products are available there. I have been shopping from this online platform for many years. Sometimes they give very good offers here and I get good quality assurance.
This happened a few days ago. I used to order many products at once, then there was a good offer on their platform. I ordered 20 to 21 products worth around 4500 taka. Among which I also had some products from my girlfriends.
I received my desired products within four days of ordering. But before that, I never had any trouble with their products, that's why I received the parcel without checking with the delivery man.
When I opened my parcel and checked the order list, now I see that one item is coming more in the order and one item is missing from the products I was ordering. One serum was missing from the product I ordered. Which cost around 700 taka, and the product they sent by mistake was a hand wash pouch.
When I did not receive my product, I immediately contacted them. They responded very quickly, I took pictures and sent them and explained the incident. They assured me that they would solve the problem.
After informing them for a few days, they did not respond. So I knocked on their door again and they said they were looking into the matter. But this time I did not wait any longer and kept telling them about my problem every day. At one point, after about 10 days, they told me that there was a mistake in their packaging. So they would send me my product again, and they gave me the handwash that was running out as a gift.
The incident that happened to me started badly but ended well. I got the product I wanted. From here, even though I had a bad experience with a bad one, it was a good experience because of the trusted side.
Online shopping has added a new dimension to our lives. It has made our lives easier and more comfortable, but in this case, it is very important to shop correctly and consciously. If you shop correctly, safely and reliably, then online shopping can be a very good experience.
