Milk:"My View, Myself Wk20"

Good morning all, it's a pleasure to participate on Steem for Pakistan community. I really appreciate @saintkelvin17 for coming out with such a wonderful contest. once again it's a pleasure taking part on this contest.

Milk is a liquid substance produced by the mammary glands of female genders of all animals used to served as the feeding of their young one.

It's discribed as a whitish liquid substance when it's out from the female mammary glands of all animals but it can also be industrialized to powder and evaporated for preservation.

Milk can be so beneficial to the babies and the adult,below are some benefits of milk to the babies

Babies

The breast milk from the mother serve as food to the baby. Milk is a complete source of energy to the children and is the richest and the most inexpensive source of high nutritional quality. The breast milk contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin A ,To the children milk enables the rapid growth of children and it enable them have strong bones cause it actually contains calcium

Adults

To the adult milk serve as booster to the immune system,it also improves the bone and teeth health .In the adult system milk helps in digestion of food

Milk strengthen the heart health, it helps to relaxs the body from stress and also
improves the skin and hair health.

In my home we drink tea for breakfast, sometimes we make custard for breakfast so we add up milk to the tea and custard everyday. So I will probably say that I take in milk everyday

I would have really want @jozzie90 to be my partner at a cowbell milk spelling bee competition cause he's very smart and we as friends we really understand each other in term of our academic and vocabulary standard and I really think we coming together we would have really make a great team.

We have really been close so I really know his academics standard that he won't have let me down no matter what and he's that kind of person that makes research when he don't understand a particular thing.So I really think me and @jozzie90 would have really make a great team and probably we would have win the cowbell spelling bee competition

it's really advisable to take in milk at least 4 times a week so that it will help you build your immune system and it will also help you strengthen your bone and teeth. I will really appreciate if some of my steemit friends can make the habbit of being addicted to drinking of evaporated milk 🥛 or better still taking the powder milk.
