Actually, I haven't used any itel phones before. But, my junior siblings are using this phone. They started their itel phone journey with an itel button phone named it3550. Since they are twin, my brother and sister used the phone together to receive calls and messages concerning their JAMB life. Currently, my younger brother is using Itel A05s and my junior sister recently acquired itel A04. To be frank, these phones are worth the price and the performance is just awesome.

I must commend Transsion company for improving itel from an underrated brand to a brand worthy of note. Even though Itel phone are great, there are some aspects they still need to improve.
- First on the list is their camera. Camera is one of the factor that cause underrating for itel brand. So, in order to break the jinx, they should work more on their camera.
- Another is their processor used in their phone. The processor that is really common in itel phones is Unisoc series. These set of processor are good but not good enough. So, itel should bring in a better processor to their phone
