As a child then, if someone made mention of wallpaper then my imagination will take me a paper on a wall. As years progressed, I was introduced to the world of devices and gadgets. In most mobile devices like phones, laptops, etc, I noticed that there is always a picture on the background. This is where I learnt that these pictures are called wallpaper. In my own setting of wallpaper, I differentiate home wallpaper from lock screen wallpaper. In my home wallpaper is a picture of me, @whizzbro4eva making an unusual pose. This picture was taken with my mobile phone while on my GST Industrial training program. About the pose, I wanted to adjust my trouser but accidentally this new pose was formed.
My lock screen wallpaper makes use of a wallpaper carousel. A setting whereby different wallpapers display anytime the phone is on. My favorite lock screen wallpaper is this running cheetah. What I love about the image is the clarity of the subject (Cheetah) and its environment. This perfect toning made me give kudos to the photographer.

For me, I prefer using an image of a human being for my wallpaper. In this case, I used my picture on the home screen. My lock screen wallpaper is usually a random picture generated from the wallpaper crasoul. The reason I do this is for easy identification. In my department, there are issues of phone theft which might arise from similar phones. Someone can take a person’s phone mistaking it for his or her phone. For easy identification, I put my image as wallpaper.

For me, the best category of wallpaper is nature and nature related images. An image that depicts nature says a lot to me. It has to do with my existence and functionality on Planet Earth. Such image is usually found when the elements of nature are in their place of functionality or leisure. So, I prefer it to other categories available.
