My best friend

 

My life as a cat was relatively free of any worries, I came as a little kitten to that family and had a lot of care and love. I knew my hosts since the day when I was taken to this family and for me it is my family too. Slowly when we, cats growing up we have our routine, we spend night often outside with our hunting instinct. For me night time is full of adventure, there are a lot of different smells, often of dogs who are our natural enemies, they mark their territory that is why I try to stay away from them. There are smell of mice that is something that make me want to play, I like catching them but oft by accident if I am too careless that the little mice may be killed too.

Once my hosts received a little kid, initially the kid needed a lot of care, but slowly started to grow and often adults wanted kid to learn playing on its own. There was something wrong with kid it was not like others, who always wanted to catch me and play with me but this girl was not like that. The girl was sad, that is why I decided to make it better for kid and to become her friend. It was this time not an easy task and even with all my effort, the child remained sad. Despite of that it liked the moments when I was on its lap, that made girl to smile and I was also happy because she was very gentle. We both found ourselves and this way became good friends.
