Every week, Sir @enamul17 brings some innovative fruit drawing contest that introduces me to various kinds of fruits, some of which I wasn’t familiar. The reason I’m here today to participate in the contest ''📣 Weekly Drawing Contest || Week-37 || Draw Prickly pear Fruit''.

Without any further delay allow me to share my first time experience of drawing the Prickly pear Fruit.

🎨 Drawing tools 🏜️
🔺 A4 size White paper
🔺 Pencil
🔺 Eraser
🔺 Oil pastal colour- orange, green, black, pink, light green, dark green, yellow-ochre, dark brown
🔺 Blue Color Pen

👩‍🎨 Step- 1 🌵

At the beginning of my drawing, I drew an oval shape in the middle of the page.

Then I drew three more cladodes around the head of the middle one.

👩‍🎨 Step- 2 🌵

Around the cactus, I drew some sharp thrones, all of these.

In the middle of the cactus I drew some small thrones around it’s whole body.

👩‍🎨 Step- 3 🌵

On the right side, near the bottom of the cactus tree, I drew a half-cut prickly pear fruit. On the surface of the fruit, I drew some small thrones.

Beside the half-cut fruit, I drew another whole prickly pear fruit. Upon the surface skin I drew some small thrones on it.

👩‍🎨 Step- 4 🌵

From here I started coloring my drawing, first I colored the left one prickly pear fruit. I colored the inner body with orange color and the edges of it colored with green. The thrones I coloured with black.

The middle fruit, I colored with dark pink and the edges colored with orange.

👩‍🎨 Step- 5 🌵

The thrones around the fruit I colored with black. In the middle of it made some small thrones with black color.

For the fruit in the right corner, I colored the inner body with dark orange color. In the throne into its body and upon the head colored with black color.

👩‍🎨 Step- 6 🌵

The cactus in the middle of the page I colored with light green color. The small thrones on the surface I coloured it with dark green colour.

The half-cut fruit’s inner side I colored with red color. The surface of it is colored with yellow-ochre color.

👩‍🎨 End Step 🌵

At this end step, I colored the right side’s prickly pear fruit with yellow-ochre color, and the thrones upon it colored with dark brown color.

📝 Final outcome with my community & user name 🖼️

With a blue pen, I wrote the contest name and my user name on the right side of my drawing.

With the final outlook, I took a selfie with the prickly pear fruit drawing.

There are different types of cactus trees in the world, one of them is Prickly Pear Cactus. In our native language, we call it the Fanimansha tree. When this tree matures, it bears fruits and these fruits can be eaten. They are of different fruit colors such as yellow, green, or red. Usually, the flowers of this tree start coming from mid-January. These flowers bloom on the tree until June and we can eat the fruits that are so abundant. These fruits are full of nutrients and are very beneficial for our health. Basically, due to the presence of antioxidants in this fruit, it helps to eliminate various diseases in our body. This tree takes on a full shape with very little care and ease.

This fruit is not widely known in our country. The tree is seen in many homes but I have never seen anyone eat its fruit. Since the demand for this fruit is low among the people of our country, this fruit is not seen much in the market either.

I have seen the tree and also seen the fruit on this tree. I have never eaten this fruit, which is why I have no idea about its taste.

Since this fruit is not very popular in our country, this fruit is not available in the local market or in the supermarkets. Which is why I'm sorry I couldn't share the price of this fruit with you.
