Greetings of success to all of us in the Steemit Iron Chef community, hopefully blessings will always be with all of our friends.

Today I will share another post in the Steemit Iron Chef community about the contest topic ; Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W5: “Perfect Menu From Home”.

I also don't forget to invite my friends @hdnur08, @rahmat31, @ikwal, I hope the friends I invite will take part in this contest and be able to participate by giving a few tips from these home cooking recipes.

Build your perfect menu with: (Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and ideal drink for you).


For breakfast, my family and I usually only prepare white rice and with the menu I usually buy it at a place that I subscribe to, namely Jamilah's mother.

The habit that we often provide for drinking in the morning is weak hot coffee and also hot tea.

For today's lunch menu, what I enjoyed was this stir-fried vegetable and it tasted very good, especially since we usually often prepare lunch menus from various vegetables in my area.

For the dinner menu that I often eat is fried rice because my daughter really likes fried rice and it can be prepared at home and also purchased at my regular rice shop too.

For this menu, it's usually just fried rice which I often eat with my family when dinner arrives and the others are hot coffee drinks and hot tea are drinks that we often drink every morning, therefore what we like and what is often provided is ordinary food and the most important thing is we like it.

There are so many types of recipes that exist, but not everyone likes the taste because these recipes have different tastes so we can choose what we like.

Highlight its main ingredients and what benefits you consider it provides nutritionally.

The cooking process is also not too difficult and we only need 1 hour. Apart from that, the cooking process for this vegetable is very easy and the ingredients are also very easy for us to get in the market and in this vegetable dish there are lots of vitamins and nutrients that are good for the health of our bodies. thus increasing enthusiasm for activities.
