Today I share the recipe of a dish that is know daal mash and this dish is favourite of my children I have two kids one is affan which is boy and second is baby girl which name is noor fatima
So let start our topic on iron chef first of all I tell you about my morning
MY BEAUTIFUL MORNING
I woke up early in the morning at 5 ° clock I took ablation and I offered prayer of fajar and I recited the holy qurran which is the holy book of muslime then I went to the park for on foot morning walk is best thing for humanbody there were many kind of plants flowers and fruitfull trees around us it was a wonderful and refrshing thing for our eyes I walked 45 minute in the park aftre some time
I came back in the house and I prepared some break fast for my children and my hubby after preparing the breakfast I woke up children for the school and woke up my husband for the office hurridly I served the breakfast to them then I having the breakfast with them after breakfast they went to school an office then
Complete The Home Task
I completed home task in the kitchen when I saw on the clock it time 11° clock it time was prepared some thing to eat in lunch then I came in the kitchen and I prepared lunch for my kids I already decided that today I cooked daal mash so in hurry I shared the recipe of my dish
STEPS OF RECIPE
STEP1
first I cut the onion in the thin slices for the menu of lunch
STEP2
Then I poured the oil in pan and kept on low flame therefore the oil was going to heated then I pour the onion in pan and and I did fried fir few minutes
STEP3
Then i added paste if garlic and ginger and after few seconds I aded species in the pan
STEP4
After few minutes later when all spices and paste turned in to golden brown then I added the tomatos which I was already cutting I put in the pan
STEP5
I mixed it again and again and after some time all things going to mix and oil appeared in the top of gravy
STEP6
Then I put daal in frying pan I mixed it few minutes then I kept an low flame to cooked nicely
STEP 7
After few minutes the daal almost going to be done it was ready to eat of every one I presented with Raita salad and roti
My child was happy to see that dish and he ate untill he was completed full now its time to rest of him
