Hello My Steemain Friends ,
How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @steemit-ironchef all time my favourite topic "Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 52" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Today I am sharing with you all a very easy and tasty recipe which can be prepared in less time. It is winter season right now. We don't feel like working in winter, but everyone likes to make and eat hot and quick breakfast.
Nowadays my children are on school holidays and the time flies so fast in the morning that we don't even realize it. In winter season, days are also getting shorter, so today my children requested that mummy should we feed them some hot and spicy breakfast, so I said, okay, I will make it, so I had paneer with me, so today I made paneer sandwich. It takes less time to make and is excellent in terms of taste and health. So I quickly started preparing paneer sandwich.
Ingredients for making paneer sandwich
Paneer
Bread
Tomato
Coriander leaves
Salt
Red chilli
Method of making paneer sandwich
First of all, I took paneer and mashed it. Then I cut tomatoes into small pieces and mixed the tomato pieces in the mashed paneer. Then I added salt and red chilli powder as per taste and mixed it well.
Then I added chopped coriander leaves to it. The paneer stuffing is ready to make our paneer sandwich. Now after that I took two slices of bread. I filled the paneer stuffing between the two breads and then added a little refined oil and started frying them on the pan.
When the sandwiches were fried from both sides to a golden color, then I cut them in triangle shape and our sandwiches were ready.
Then I served paneer sandwiches with tomato sauce. The children liked it a lot, the children became happy after eating the crispy spicy paneer sandwiches.
This way our quick breakfast was ready. I was happy and so were the children.*
I would invite my few friends @mikitaly , @karianaporras , @chant , @edgarlygonzalez , @jyoti-thelight , @dasudi

Hello @aviral123, Your paneer sandwich recipe looks absolutely delicious! I love how simple and quick it is to make, perfect for a chilly winter morning. The way you combined the paneer with tomatoes, coriander, and spices is such a great idea, and I’m sure it adds a wonderful flavor to the sandwich. The crispy golden finish on the bread is making me hungry just looking at the photos! It’s great that your kids enjoyed it too; there’s nothing like seeing happy faces after a tasty meal.

I love the recipe for preparing paneer sandwiches but I have a challenge. I cannot identify what paneer is made from. I often prepare egg sauce to put in the sliced bread and toast it than sandwich it.

First of all thanks friend for liking my recipe.
Now I will tell you how paneer is made.
Paneer is made from milk. We heat the milk and let it cool slightly. And add one to two spoons of lemon juice in it. And keep stirring it continuously with the help of a spoon. So the milk fattens, meaning milk and water get separated, then we strain it in a thin cloth or sieve, the water that forms flows out and the thick milk that remains in the sieve, we wrap it in a cloth and press it for some time and our paneer is ready. Then we can make vegetable or sandwich with this paneer.
❤️❤️
