It gives me great pleasure to participate in this community engagement. Everyone here likes sweets very much. Everyone likes to eat sweets after eating food. I always try to make something sweet. Today I am going to share the recipe of a sweet dish here. Which is made from khoya, khoya is made from milk which is quite healthy. Here we took cow's milk khoya to make pedas.

First of all we will prepare khaya, for this we will prepare khoya by taking milk according to how much khaya peda we have to make. I took about 2 liters of milk. From which I will prepare khoya. You can also add the remaining cream of milk in it.

First of all, I took a pan, in which 1 kg milk can boil easily. I kept it to cook on low flame. As the milk became hotter, it became thicker. When the milk became hot and stuck to the side of the pan. So I used to scrape it with the help of a spoon and it was turning into cream and I had some two days old cream kept in the fridge. So I also put that cream in this hot milk to cook and make khoya. While stirring continuously, when the milk started thickening, I stirred the milk evenly with a spoon and when all the water evaporated, I turned off the gas and kept the khoya to cool.

Put a little desi ghee in a pan, add khoya to it and then fry it on medium flame. When it is fried for 10 minutes, add 100 grams of milk and fry. After roasting for some time, add cardamom powder and sugar and fry till then.

Until the sugar grains mix well with the khoya and its color becomes slightly pink. When the sugar gets mixed well with the khoya. Then we will turn off the gas.

When the mixer cooled down, I made small pedas out of it. Which were very tasty to eat. In this way I prepared the pedas. This is a very low cost sweet dish.

Yes, it takes some time. But you don't have to be constantly engaged with it. By offering milk, you can do other tasks in your kitchen. I hope you liked my sweet dish peda recipe.
